Yes, you can inquire if you are the Applicant,, my husband had to hire Immigration Lawyer also, we went to Embassy once to inquire our status when my husband went there for a visit and I always inquire them thru email.

Thank you very much for the info...i just don't know the status of our application since they already asked for our passports, mostly in here when they were asked to send their passports they are almost at the end of the process...but for me.....I DON'T KNOW...GOD KNOW'S WHAT IT IS...

ang saya saya naman ng mga nagkakavisa, congrats sa inyo

tama po kayo nakakaiyak at nakakawindang ang maghintay ang hirap hirap sa pakiramdam na akala mo andyan na pero wala pa rin pala.

december 2012 applicant po ako, july 8 ppr, nov 15 expiration ng medical ko but till now wala pa ring balita...di ko rin po alam kung extended ba med ko gaya ng nababasa ko, nagmessage na kame CEM pero automated reply lang na sinasabe wait for 28 days to reply..ask lang po paano niyo nalamang extended ang medical niyo? thanks

Hi zhe2, extended ang meds ko at parehas ang date natin ng medical. Nung mid ng sept ngemail ako sa cem na iremind sila na maeexpire na medical
Ko. Ngreply sila na valid ang meds ko till 8 jang 2014. Malay mo yung visa paparating narin, kasi pag di extended ang meds wala na silang binabangit. Anyway, extended man o hindi pasasaan ba lalabas narin mga visa natinh lahat, ngayon pa na buo na ulit ang cem.

Thank you very much for the info...i just don't know the status of our application since they already asked for our passports, mostly in here when they were asked to send their passports they are almost at the end of the process...but for me.....I DON'T KNOW...GOD KNOW'S WHAT IT IS...

based on my experienced to hire an Immigration Lawyer, it just made my application longer coz we have to send all the papers to them and they are the one who forward it to VO and vice versa... It took 13months for me. That time the maximum processing time was only 6months! So Good luck!
