Super thanks po sa inyong lahat! I'd forever be grateful sa forum na ito kasi dito talaga ako nakakuha ng compassion, sympathy, and support hehe! Yung iba sa "labas" do not how what we went through/are going through so when I received my visa, pagkatapos kong ibalita sa husband ko eh nag-post na ako dito haha! Tayo-tayo kasi ang nagkakaintindihan!

I am planning to fly on Nov. 7 habang wala pang snow (hopefully). Naghahanap na kami ng ticket ngayon.

Kaming may mga visa na, siguro tatambay at tatambay pa rin dito sa forum. Mahirap iwan eh, magkaka-withdrawal syndrome siguro kami haha! Sa araw-araw ba namang pagtambay dito the past weeks hahaha! ;D ;D ;D

Got an email from CEM today... and I was like feeling cold and sweaty when I saw it. The visa officer was not convinced that my wife (the sponsor) will go back to Canada after my permanent resident application is approved. Therefore, the officer needs additional proof that we will eventually go back to Canada once the application process is done. We are given 45 days to send them the documents. For everybody's information, my wife and I are living together in an Asian country for years already ( ) but since she is a Canadian, she is qualified to sponsor.

The email may sound negative but on the positive note, I am happy because it means that my application has already been looked into despite the fact that I just only sent my passport last week... To make it short, I booked my wife a flight to Canada by the end of October and told her to find a place and job there..hehe.. God is good all the time though no matter what the consequences are...

Sa mga EXTENDED ANG MEDICAL, don't lose hope. Kasi ang nakalagay sa COPR ko eh hanggang Jan. 2 ang validity ng medical ko. Jan.2 rin ang expiration ng visa ko. So malamang po parating na rin yung sa inyo!

Congrats to tabbru and ann! Ang sarap siguro ng feeling na makita ulit ang passport na my kasamang visa. Grabe miss na miss ko na passport ko.

congrats sa mga nakakuha na ng visas nila!

Sana lahat makakuha na.. Anyway, share ko lang ang medyo nakakalokang experience namin sa papers ko na sinend ko sa asawa ko.. I sent it thru EMS sa makati post office last oct. 17, since express mail sya 3-5 days ang delivery.. syempre natuwa kami na makukuha na ng asawa ko yung papers ko today ang kaso, wala yung pinadala ko..ang nakuha lang nya is yung plastic envelope ng EMS.. It was cut open and sealed with scotch tape at may hangin sa loob para mag mukhang may laman.. Nag complain na sya sa canada post and nag complain na rin ako sa EMS.. So far na check namin na nag depart yung padala ko with exact same weight nung nireceive sya sa post office..mag antay na muna kami sa investigation ng canada post.. Nakakaloka lang kasi nandun yung mga required documents ko including yung mga padala sakin na mga cards (supporting docs for our relationship) etc.. Sana makuha pa namin lahat.. Kung hindi, back to square one ako.. Hay.. Alam kong lilipas din ito.. Optimistic pa rin ako sa application namin..
