sis, ECAS is quite unreliable kc maraming nakareceive na ng visa pero application received pa rin ang status sa ECAS. My husband's PPR was June but until now application received pa rin ang nakalagay.

Thank u sis...Akala ko sken Lang, may nabsa kase ako from other forum that after their SA they have medical received status on their ECAS, haaay I'm really praying every night for our partner's visa..most specially as mga June PPR, sana bumalik n as dati ang pag process ng spousal visa...CEM pls work more harder! U owe us a lot of time, lol! ;D

Hi everyone!

I'm fairly new here and will be needing your help or opinion. Cheesy

Nakapagpamedical na po yung husband ko November pa of last year and nareceive ng immigration yung application nya January this year.
Unfortunately, nag e-mail ang immigration na kelangan nya pa ng further medical exam nung June. Nirerequire syang magmedicate for 6 months.
Pero a month after nag e-mal yung immigration for further medical exam e nakareceive naman na kami ng PPR.
Nasubmit na namin yung passport nya nung August 1st pero tinutuloy nya pa din yung required medication. Akala namin e good news na yung PPR kasi sabi nila usually 3 months after PPR e visa na. Pero yung case kasi nya pinapamedicate sya until December.
May idea ba kayo kung ganu pa katagal ang paghintay after matapos ang medication bago sya magka-visa?
Kasi pagdating ng December e halos 6 months ng nasa immigration yung passport nya. Parang ang weird lang na hiningi na nila yung passport kung di pa naman pala agad approved at pending pa medical. Ending hindi nya magamit passport nya since nakahold sa immigration.

San po ba gagamitin ng asawa nyo ung passport Nya? Kc in my opinion, whatever reason the CEM has Wala naman po tayo magagawa but to wait for the next instruction they will be given to us. Since he has been required to take medication, I think he really has to comply for the required time or else magkaproblem pa sa application NYo. Cguro after he had finished the medication and if he would required to get another meds or check up, show them the result immediately so they could come up for a decision. If you want po you can email the CEM.

medical results have been received agad ako pero wala pa SA ko dati, bali nauna yung medical received kesa sa SA, ewan bakit iba-iba ano? hehe' just curious Congratulation to everybody who got their Visa, I know whats the feeling to have your visa in your hand. Goodluck!

Actually ang system kasi ng CEM, hihingin na nila yung passport bago nila iprocess yung case. So wala pa ring guarantee na approved ka na once nag-PPR. Pero kung tutuusin, ang dali lang naman pala nila iprocess ang isang case. Parang yung nakalagay sa ECAS ko, October 18 daw inistart iprocess tapos Decision Made agad. So ambilis lang pala. Bale 4 months na nakapila ang passport ko sa kanila bago hipuin ng Visa Officer. Nakakaloka!

Sa mga EXTENDED ANG MEDICAL, don't lose hope. Kasi ang nakalagay sa COPR ko eh hanggang Jan. 2 ang validity ng medical ko. Jan.2 rin ang expiration ng visa ko. So malamang po parating na rin yung sa inyo!

Hi Everyone i need help!

I'm sponsoring my wife po. Approved na kami sa Federal and may CSQ na din cya last Sept 9. 1 month na po ang nakalipas wala pa din narereceive ang wife ko na procedure from manila kung ano ang gagawin nya. Kaylangan ba namin isend ang CSQ or we have to wait kung ano sasabihin nila?
