Yeah that's true.... That's why it's case to case basis... You can't really compare your app with other co applicant eventhough you share the same timeline considering factors are
Visa office
Visa officer (in charge of your app)
Volume of applicants
Completeness of your application
And to sum it up....everything is under God's will!!
####just sharing my thoughts####

So true! Let's just pray and have faith in God. :) ;) Good luck to all of us mga sis!! :D

Di ba sila mahihirapan sa pag kuha Kasi di nila dineclare nung inisponsoran ko sila. Ung isa kong kapatid bale 2007 nagka anak na sila den 2009 dun gumana ung sponsor ko sa kanila, pano un pag nag sasama sila as in live in
I have to agree with tabburru ... hindi nila makukuha yun bata agad agad .... unless pag na sponsor na yun wife for PR and the wife mag file ng sponsorship ... puwede kaya yun?

I used fed-ex ... 2 to 3 days around 2,200+ ang rate. I think may timbang din sila na tinitignan ... not sure about this though

CIC created these rules for a reason, hindi yan basta malulusutan ng mga applicants.

Sa mga nabasa ko na ganitong case, ang sina-suggest ay magtry yung wife (and the child) na makapunta sa Canada on her own. That way, hindi mako-compromise ang status nung husband.

I know someone who did not declare his wife and kids. It has been almost ten years and to date, he has not been successful in sponsoring them. But he has one kid here na nakuha nya kasi pinanganak after nya makapunta here. So technically, since after the PR na, nakuha nya yung bata. The chance is really slim but we are talking about family here so yeah, it worth the shot and all the dollars one has to spend on immigration lawyer.

Hiring an immigration lawyer is very costly and most of the time, they would give clients false hope.

But CIC would always argue that if a family wants to be together, then they live together somewhere else other than Canada.

But when we opted to apply for PR, we already subjected ourselves with their rules. It's their country, hence we should abide by their policies.

It's not as if ginipit nila tayo. Sa application pa lang, we were reminded na na pag hindi mo dineclare ang family members mo, mafo-forfeit mo na yung chance mo na ma-sponsor sila in the future. Very simple rule. Hindi ko alam why some Filipinos are still matigas ang ulo hehe, feeling nila that they can bend that rule later on. Tapos magpapaawa. Well here's some bad news, isa lang tayo sa napakaraming migrants ng Canada. Hindi tayo special hehe. CIC gives all of us a chance to be together. If we blow that chance by simply not listing down all our family members on that one specific form, I don't think na kasalanan pa nila yun.

I really suggest na kesa pilitin natin ang isang bagay, why not choose a more realistic option. Why not help that person (na gusto mong i-sponsor pero di nga pwede) find a job there instead? Para later on makapag-apply siya ng PR on his/her own.

No, because you had the baby after getting your PR status. You should be okay ;)
