Sad but true. You can always appeal and hire an immigration lawyer but the chances are slim, almost nil. During the application of PR, naka-state naman sa mga forms na pag hindi idineclare ang family members eh hindi na nila mai-sponsor in the future. Very clear so you cannot argue na hindi alam.

Pwedeng palabasin na aampunin yung bata kung hindi sila listed as fathers sa birth certificate, which I doubt. Basta mahirap lokohin ang Canadian government. Scary. They have ways to verify the truth. The visa officers are also trained to detect fraud. Sa konting inconsistency sa statement, makikita nila. Baka ma-compromise ang PR status ng mga kapatid mo kung hindi magiging solid proof ang arguments.

Di ba when we are applying there is a form na FAMILY INFORMATION kung saan ililista natin lahat ng family members, including spouse, children, parents, brothers and sisters. Meaning hindi niya sinulat doon ang name ng parents niya?

Di ba when we are applying there is a form na FAMILY INFORMATION kung saan ililista natin lahat ng family members, including spouse, children, parents, brothers and sisters. Meaning hindi niya sinulat doon ang name ng parents niya?

di ko alam pro wat if someone (sponsored spouse) didn't declare his/her parents during the application, will he/she still be able to sponsor his/her parents via super visa?

If it really happened, then he/she can't sponsor the parent. Again, malinaw na rule ng CIC yun. Pag hindi mo dineclare ang kapamilya mo while applying for PR, you'll lose your chance to sponsor them someday.

Ok, here's I got from CEM I emailed yesterday.! Jezz nasama pa talaga ako dito!

We confirm having received the submission which includes the passport. The medical result is valid until 02 January 2014. The application is currently queued for review by the Visa Officer.

Hay, Jhou! I really wish "joke" lang yan extension ng medical na yan. Kasi naman, napaka-baseless. Parang out of whim lang ng mga VO!

I am still hoping na ang mga Nov 2012 medicals ay mabigyan na ng visa this month.

Hahaha ;D ;D ;D This very funny.... lahat merong mga magulang, pero hindi lahat may anak... So this very impossible that you don't put the name of your parents in the application whether alive or deceased...

hello po..naku dami na yata na extend na meds..nag aalangan tuloy ako mag email baka sa extension din mapunta.. para tuloy itong movi na THE ISLAND....waiting for our turn...

I just wish sis, thanks anyway! It's ok though atleast I can spend a christmas with my family here, it's been too long din na hindi ako nag xmas dito since 2007..
