Congrat sa mga positive reports mga ka-forum!! Dami na ng may visa!! Shout out again to my forum-friend HONGKONGMACAUMALAYSIA, ano ng news may visa na ba wife mo? Dami din nurses pala dito sa forum, good for you guys! Licence ka ba sa alberta? San hospital mo?

I'm really sorry for the late reply, yes RN ako under CARNA, got my RN,BN title in 2004 dito, during that time madali pang mag-upgrade ng RN, it was just thru modules and they were brought to us from Edmonton (Grant McEwan College), we've given one year para tapusin ang refresher course, then included na ang hospital training sa one year na yan. I'm working in a Maternity and Newborn unit sa Rockyview, but I was at the Peter Lougheed prior to that pero same area din. I was told medyo mahirap at matagal na ang assessments ng nurses ngayon through CARNA, pero dapat mag take muna ng board exam ang friend mo prior to coming here.

And of course waiting pa rin kami ng visa for my wife, sabi mo nga kakaiba ang status natin kasi same sex conjugal application pero it only proves na pwede rin, maipakita lang natin sa VO na it's a legitimate and genuine relationship bakit naman di tayo bibigyan ng chance, unfair naman kung para sa straight couples lang ang pag sponsor ng other half nila, di naman dapat ma-categorized lang sa iisang prospective ang pagkuha sa partner mo regardless of our gender preferences.

Yan lang for now ang masasabi ko and you are right medyo busy sa work lately, daming immigrant din na pasyente ko ang kararating lang dito, minadali na bigyan ng visa ng CEM kasi manganganak na hehehehe.... anyways, keep hoping, keep praying and keep wishing for the postitive results...

'til then....and BTW, you made me laugh when you said "forum-friend", who knows, we might get to see each other someday....kind regards!!!

God bless and salamat sa pagsagot

Foothills Hospital is by the NW (Northwest) area. Pati Children's Hosp dun din. May 8hrs shifts din dito but on our unit puro 12 hours shifts lang meron, salary wise ang starting ng RN is from 34.31/hr to the max of 45.03/hr. Pero kung senior ka na they will not post how much if nasa top level of pay ka na. Don't worry any decent job will do, wala namang age limit dito kahit seniors nga nakakapag work pa, depende lang sa motivation mo to earn something...ok sige back to work na ako until then....

Hehehehehe... Good pm po s lahat...

IELTS has the same standards no matter where it is.

Hi. I'm new here. Before I stumbled upon this forum, I barely have an idea on how the application process goes. Kaya it's really nice that you share things that you know to other newbies like me.

I have one question though. Iba-iba ba ang processing times by province?

hello...its not per province coz all the apps (Outland-Manila) are first sent to CPC missisauga then to Canadian Embassy Manila. I dont think the province has to do with the processing times...right now, since they want to clear up their backlogs and maybe dont want people to do remeds, it seems like they are giving priorities to those whose medicals are expiring.

:) Maraming salamat sa lahat ng mga bumati! I will be praying for all of your visas as well! :)

Salamat!
