Nope my wife called the consulate in Cebu and made an appointment. When we were there it took about 30 mins total.

hi sis, we get my hubby's legal capacity here in Cebu too, he just made an appointment 3 weeks before... as i remember it costs 2,000 something. my husband is a canadian citizen, no need to translate papers..

Hindi na. You just walk-in and tell the guard about the purpose of your visit. Paaakyatin ka na agad kasi canadian citizen ka naman

He will get that in Canadian Embassy here. Church wedding po ba kayo? Mag inquire ka sa church nio if sa church kau pkasal kasi lalo na sa province ang dami kaekekan they need the baptismal certificate and confirmation certificate for him pag catholic if civil wedding no need na yan,and the rest ung legal capacity and his birth certificate and ur cenomar thats all.

Thanks for your response, yes, actually they emailed me just now stating that my visa will be sent to my address nextweek.. Ang inaalala ko lang baka wala ako sa bahay pg nasend, ok lang kaya un kng uncle ko ang magrecv, may iniwan dn naman akong LOA at ID ko dun..
