Re: should be needed to notarized the photocopy of my passport?

Hello guys,
Does anyone here have an idea if i should need to go to the notary office and have notarize the photocopy of my passport for my spousal visa application? one of the requirements is the photocopy of my passport, should i really need for my passport photocopy be notarized? & need to get a certified true copy of my passport? or would that be fine if i just submit just the plain photocopy of my passport ? does anybody here encountered this? is it really required to be notarized? thank u guys for ur help, i do really appreciate any response from u. God bless.

When I submitted my husband's passport sa CIC, it was just a photocopy and I made sure that everything was legible. No need to get it notarized in my opinion.

GOOD NEWS EVERYONE!!!!

my wife txted me just an hour ago and told me CEM contacted her and she was told to pick up her visa this coming Monday there in Philippines! FINALLY!
Praise God! I'm so happy magkikita na kami sa wakas! I will reply to you guys when i got home, nandto kasi ako sa work... just wanted to share this good news to all of you 'cause i guess they are really working on it now. THANK YOU LORD!

hello po i have fiancee in canada and we plan to apply for spousal visa after we get married in philippines since youved done the process. i wanted to ask if we need joint property, credit cards, bank accounts joined? my fiancee is really worried about this issue, coz if this is necessary we might have problems. please help po. it would be so appreciated. thanks.

Hindi na po need yan basta kasal na kau, thats only for common in-law appicant
You guys can check the guidelines for spousal sponsorship on CIC site..

he need to bring/get a legal capacity to marry from Canadian embassy/consulate, photocopy ng passport nya, entry/exit stamps of his visit, birth certificate, kelangan mo rin cya kunan ng CENOMAR dito from NSO..
