good day to all of you

can anyone give their opinion regarding my brother in law applying for tourist visa

i know its out of the topic on this forum, but i really need your thoughts..

Question:

We are planning to apply my brother in law Tourist visa, but we know he will not be granted for he doesnt have work in the philippines nor have own bank account .. So what others suggested is that bring my son back home and my brother in law will be the one to accompany my son back to canada..

do you think this reason will be enough for him to be grant visitors visa?? thnx

No. The Embassy is already aware of this kind of 'modus.' May friend ako who works as a visa officer (hindi ng Canada, but a European country) and madami talaga silang trainings and seminars regarding practices such as this para makakuha ng tourist visa.

If your brother is jobless, red flag agad yan. For sure ang purpose ay maghanap ng work.

Thanks sis wala nmn nging hassle sa remed nia? I feel bad kc sa mga taga baguio, ang daming extra req sa remed nila.

Wala naman sissy, hindi lang niya mabasa ng maayos yung sa eye test kaya nirequired na mag eyeglasses. Baka nga around 5k yung kay hubby mo kase 2750 yung sa kanya kase 14 yrs old. Sana nga, soon na. Antagal tagal na kase...

Yan din sinabi ko sa daughter ko, 'malapit na tayo sa finish line'! Nakakasad lang kase pagnasskype kami lagi yun umiiyak. Hindi kase sanay na malayo ako. I had her when i was 16 kaya parang barkada talaga kami. Praying for more visas to come since they are back to business na.

Hi sis Iay,, inemail ko sila sis 2 weeks ago nagreply nmn after 2 days kc nga sbi ko s knila n malpit n expire ang med at ayon s reply nila un nga inextend....nilagyan ko ng URGeNT e kya cgro nagreply agad...
Inaabangan ko nga cna tabbru, thrineann at jangers kc puro nov med namin

Oo nga eh, medyo inconsistent ang CEM. Meron mga ineextend ang meds like Paul and cranberries, but most of the people naman same date as when they had the medicals (like my husband's). Anyway, final stage ka narin naman na sis, let's pray nalang na lumabas na tlga ang visa ng mga remaing 2012 applicants para 2013 na talaga ang focus nila.

Regarding the email inquiry, base sa observations ko, mas sumasagot sila sa email kung yung mismong Principal Applicant ang magsesend ng inquiry. I (sponsor) have emailed then 5-6 times after my husband got his PPR reminding them about his medical expiration, I never got any reponse from them. Then last week, I used my husband's email as if he is trying to inquire about his application, and VIOLA, nagreply agad after a week, and with the email pa is his remedical request.

I dunno kung coincidence lang na isesend na talaga nila yung remed nia anyway, but very surprised ako kasi ang bilis ng response nung email nia ang ginamit ko.

Ask ko lang what application form did you used for your daughter who is under 18? Kasi im helping my sister to do her app but then i dont know which one kung alin dun sa family class kc i sponsored my hubby and most of the form there are for spouse so im kinda confused.
