same timeline yata tayo... let's hope na mabigyan tayo visa before the month ends... pero talagang sobrang nakakainip na!

Hello everyone. October applicant din po ko under family category. Godbless sa atin! :)

Question: My husband and I got married last march 2013, he wants to sponsor me, he got his PR last 2012 but never included me in his PR application since we're not yet married that time. Am I still legible for sponsorship? Because I heard they're very strict about it.

Hi sis. Yes u are eligible, as long as u were not living together for a year or more before he came to Canada as it is considered as common law if ever. Thus, must be declared. Same case with me and my husband. I came here in Canada as pr last feb 2012, he was my longtym bf bt i did not declare him bcoz we never lived together. I went back home dec and got married last Jan 2013. Submitted our papers last march. Everything went fine. We're now waiting for his visa. :) work on ur papers asap and make sure everything is complete and in order so as to avoid delays. Goodluck and God bless all
