I've actually read quite a lot of cases already na nirerefuse talaga ang application pag hindi nag-submit ng medical ng anak kahit na hindi naman isasama. I find it weird though, pero talagang nadedeny.

yup, ayon din ang sinabi nila sa email nila sakin. refuse my application... ill try later kausapin mother ng ex-ko if she can help on this matter. yung sister nia kasi nakausap ko na kahapon ayaw nia daw makielam sa prob namin. about sa immigration lawyer may ma re refer ba kayo sakin if wala changes sa decision nila later?

Post ko lang what I posted sa English thread about our GCMS notes:

Just got my GCMS notes today- 29 days after filing.

So looking at it, it seems like they see our application as "straightforward". They've already done an initial review to it, and it states there that interview may be waived. They also got my passport (good thing) coz I haven't heard from them since I got a PPR.
All my correspondence email were quoted in the notes and they just say "No reply needed".

Other than that, I don't really know how to interpret the 29 pages of that PDF.

Anyone knows where to find their deadline of giving out the remedical form? They knew that my meds expired in August but I haven't really heard from them, or haven't found anything that states when they are planning to send it out.

Hi Iay! Yung GCMS notes ba ay sa sponsor or sa applicant? Yung application namin nabalik kay honey end of August kase wala pala sya naipasa na Option-C print out instead T4 lang, ngayon since orphan sya yung mga papers nya nuon di pare-pareho yung name kaya aayusin pa lang, hay, hirap mag intay.. Kase may name sya na yung middle initial ang naging name, tapos sa name nyang Wesley, naging Wes lang, dapat complete diba! hay!!!! :'(

Bale yung GCMS notes is for your sponsorship application in general.
Kung sino ang nasa Canada, siya ang dapat magorder ng notes, pero kung sino ang applicant (sponsored person), needs to fil out ung consent form and give it to the sponsor.

Application rcvd : May 30 2013
Approved Sponsorship : June 26 2013
Medical results have been rcvd (medical was attached to our original application)
Medical done : April 2013

Hopefully malabas na nila lahat ng matagal ng nagiintay. Goodluck sa ating lahat

tanong lang po...nung pag open ko po ng ECAS using my Application# yung name Subdivision nmin sa address ko eh misspelled pero the rest okie lang nman...panu kaya un? it can affect a lot kaya?

I don't think na ma big deal yan. but if you really want to make sure, just email them about it.

Yup, yan ang magiging status ng ECAS mo not until after mo ma-PPR.

Wait ka nalang kahit 1 or 2 months, medyo matagal pa naman until PPR kaya ok pa yan
