Same din,, app recvd and meds recv,, walang pagbabago hnggang ngaun.. Almost everyday ko dn nichcheck e,, hehe

Question: saan ba tumatawag yung CEM informing na ok na yung visa, is it sa landline ba or mobile? Kasi most of the time im mobile and nasa office, baka tumatawag sa bahay eh at walang sumasagot...thanks

hello guys. my wife and i receive a email from manila visa office regarding sa application namin. they request medical of my daughter even hinde kasama. yes we know the procedure but nag mail na kami sa kanila even send a letter including my application na ni waive na namin rights na makuha yung anak ko in the future sa kadahilanan na ayaw talaga makipag tulungan samin ang kanyang biological mother. now they told us (MVO) within 45 days dapat maipasa namin medical ng anak ko if not refuse nila application ko. Me and my wife worried so much dahil nang galing narin sa bibig ng biological mom ng anak ko na pahihirapan nia ako sa lahat ng need ko sa anak namin. can anyone help me or give an advice for what can we do? we are really stressed out na...

Hi Ruine. Sa tingin ko hindi ka irerefuse dahil lang sa wala kang masubmit na medical ng anak mo. Ang mangyayari lang, pag hindi mo nasubmit ang medical nya in 45 days, mawawala yung chance na ma sponsor mo sya later on kasi hindi sya nasabay sa application mo.

So, nasa mother yung anak nyo ... Parang naiimagine ko yung situation mo. Samahan mo ng matinding dasal na maopen ang puso at isipan ng mother ng anak mo, na isipin nya ang bata --- at least pag laki nya, may option sya kung gusto nya pala itry ang buhay sa Canada.

Sa ngayon, syempre natatakot sya sa thought na mahihiwalay ang anak nya sa kanya.....sana nga maayos nyo ang medical ng anak mo. Tayo namang mga magulang laging anak natin ang iniisip natin .... Para sa kanila talaga ang lahat ng mga plano natin. God bless you.

I've actually read quite a lot of cases already na nirerefuse talaga ang application pag hindi nag-submit ng medical ng anak kahit na hindi naman isasama. I find it weird though, pero talagang nadedeny.

Post ko lang what I posted sa English thread about our GCMS notes:

Just got my GCMS notes today- 29 days after filing.

So looking at it, it seems like they see our application as "straightforward". They've already done an initial review to it, and it states there that interview may be waived. They also got my passport (good thing) coz I haven't heard from them since I got a PPR.
All my correspondence email were quoted in the notes and they just say "No reply needed".

Other than that, I don't really know how to interpret the 29 pages of that PDF.

Anyone knows where to find their deadline of giving out the remedical form? They knew that my meds expired in August but I haven't really heard from them, or haven't found anything that states when they are planning to send it out.

I've actually read quite a lot of cases already na nirerefuse talaga ang application pag hindi nag-submit ng medical ng anak kahit na hindi naman isasama. I find it weird though, pero talagang nadedeny.

yup, ayon din ang sinabi nila sa email nila sakin. refuse my application... ill try later kausapin mother ng ex-ko if she can help on this matter. yung sister nia kasi nakausap ko na kahapon ayaw nia daw makielam sa prob namin. about sa immigration lawyer may ma re refer ba kayo sakin if wala changes sa decision nila later?

Hi Iay! Yung GCMS notes ba ay sa sponsor or sa applicant? Yung application namin nabalik kay honey end of August kase wala pala sya naipasa na Option-C print out instead T4 lang, ngayon since orphan sya yung mga papers nya nuon di pare-pareho yung name kaya aayusin pa lang, hay, hirap mag intay.. Kase may name sya na yung middle initial ang naging name, tapos sa name nyang Wesley, naging Wes lang, dapat complete diba! hay!!!! :'(

Bale yung GCMS notes is for your sponsorship application in general.
Kung sino ang nasa Canada, siya ang dapat magorder ng notes, pero kung sino ang applicant (sponsored person), needs to fil out ung consent form and give it to the sponsor.
