Question lng before before il submit my passport nd requirements to cem.. Do i need to enumerate my family members (e.g father, mother, siblings) in the appendix a form? Or wife ko lng? Wala pa kaming anal eh hehe

thanks.., ngttaka nga ako for 2.5months wlang balita after na maiforward ung remed ko, un pla hnihintay nila meds ng dependents ko which is di ko nagawa kaya lalo n ko nagtagal.., bka nga NBI nmn kasunod eh July3,2012 pa un.. ??? ???

kung ano lng po yung nkalagay sa appendix a un lng po. kung wala po kayong anak ng wife mo ngayon how about yung previous relationships mo kung m anak ka un po lalagay kung gusto mo sila isponsor in d future, kung di mo sya nilagay s appendix a di mo na sila massponsor.., kung wla nmn po tlgang anak 'not applicable' po llgay..

non-accompanying po sila..pero kailangan mag undergo din sila ng medical evaluation.

U just bring the ff. Authenticated mirrage certificate, birth certificate, 2 valid ID if ur husband was devorced or annulled bring the copy of it. Be there early as much as possible kasi ang haba ng pila 15 slot / country lng. U can check on the cfo website. And they will give u a certificate after the seminar then come back when u get the visa for the stamp.
