most of us here are waiting for our PR visa. i myself am waiting for my PR visa. If you're going to ask me, matagal.lol. esp with the strike (which is finally over now) it's been 8 months and counting for me. 14 months is the standard processing for complete package.but it can be longer or shorter than that it depends on your case, completeness of your app, and most especially your VO.

Matagal po pala talaga... My husband hired a consultant, hopefully Wala ng kulang sa docs namin. Anyway, sana dumating na po visa ninyo matagal na nghihintay. It's really hard to wait, tapos dinagdagan pa ng strike, it's good that it was already over. God bless po sa inyong lahat. Dito nalang din ako makikibalita, I'm glad I found this forum.

Question din po namin yan kasi yung sister ko papakasal dito sa canada and pinag iisipan kung outland or inland eh nalito kami sa part na yan ng outland

I actually submitted the original certificate issued by the country where we got married and the Sponsor Approval went fine. As I mentioned previously, the Canadian Embassy now is asking for my passport together with the Advisory of Marriages from the NSO. That is why I am pointing out here if anybody had an experience when visa was given without the Advisory of Marriages from NSO. With your sister's case, I heard outland is faster than inland. And also, she can submit the certificate issued from Canada, but she has to report her marriage immediately to the Philippne Embassy in Canada so that when time comes should the Canadian Embassy in the Philippines asks the NSO Advisory of Marriages, you can just immediately request for it at the NSO with the marriage reflected on the certificate (but it's better to get it even before they ask for it).

Hindi naman po siguro, kaya lang You will undergo another test for Hepa or something, kc tinanong ko about dyan Nung nagpamedical ako, mine was, I have two ear piercings kaya sabi nila baka itest ako uli but luckily Hindi na nila ginawa kc sabi Nung nagmemedical negative naman lahat and I had my test before for that certain test, hepa nga ata un. As long as negative naman po, Wala Nman problem.

Hi there, share ko lang experience ko. Nung ngpamedical ako (2012), dineclare ko na may tattoos ako. Wala naman ibang additional test na ginawa, just a regular blood test. That time mga 2 months palang yung latest na tattoo ko. Hindi ko lang alam kung same procedure lahat ng mga clinic.

You can always apply sis. Pero, hindi guaranteed ang approval. Kailangan may mapakita ka sakanilang strong ties mo sa Philippines when you try to get a TRV, ok else you will get easily denied. However, being denied to visit Canada while your PR is in process will not affect the application at all.

Thanks so much Sis... :)

Hope we get our visas soon now that the strike is over...

God bless us all...

abscott
