thank you ha.......sakin naman nung augugst 1 ko pinasa...hope ko na talaga mareceive yun by december.....gusto na kasi magpabook ng asawa ko ng ticket for nov 17 flight..lol....and update ko din CEM baka mawala nila application ko..hehehehe...

Sa mga nagfollow up na ng applications sa CEM, anung email po kau nagsend? Direct email po ba? Or mas ok sa case inquiry? Im planning to follow up my visa na, since my meds will expire on november 13,, hopefully wala nang remed..

same here... my wife's medical will expire this nov. 14, 2013. I tried to email them directly pero wala pa rin reply as of now. I emailed them one week ago.

Medical Exam?! I found this on the CIC website. For some reason I cannot post the link. So i just copied and pasted what it says.

Reassessment of a medical file for the issuance of a new medical certificate

Summary

Effective June 1st, 2012, officers can request that an applicant’s medical file be reassessed by a Medical Officer (MOF) or a Health Branch (HB) delegated staff for the issuance of a new medical certificate. The process applies to cases where a final decision of an officer is pending only due to the expiration of a medical certificate or when the validity of the medical certificate is about to expire and the applicant is unable to land before it expires. This process is limited to applicants who had a routine immigration medical examination (IME) done by a panel physician within the last 15 months in or outside Canada. The new medical certificate issued will be valid for 12 months.

There's a new procedure that will allow medical validity to be extended if your application processing is completed within 15 months of the original medical exam and the only thing stopping your application from final approved and PPR is the expiration of your medical results (or ability to reasonably land within the initial year-long validity).

Officers will now be able to submit a request for an extension of the medical exam result validity (as long as they were done within the last 15 months) and they can extend them for an additional 12 months without the need for an additional medical exam.

Done on CFO already when i changed my passport. The DFA need the certificate from CFO. Just waiting for the visa soon and get back to CFO for the sticker.I wish it will come even end of this month our first anniv. will be Oct. 5
Hindi ko man lang na meet si mom in-law in person she just passed away this morning phil. time.! Love u mom!

Pahelp naman po. sponsored po kami ni mama ng papa ko. almost 1 year na po kami nagprocess. Done with PPR na din po. talagang visa na lang. Plan ko po sanang mag apply at magwork muna dito sa pinas while waiting. Kasi hindi pa din sure kung dadating naba visa namin kung dadating pa nga ba? bored na kasi ako sa bahay, walang magawa. graduate po ako last october 2012. Pwede po ba yung magwork habang waiting for canadian visa? hindi po kaya mareject ang visa application namin? thank you po.

Pwede kpa nman magwork, hwag mo nalang sabihin sa aaplayan mo na paalis kna kasi minsan ung iba. Kinukuha nila full time, instead na tanggap ka sa opening nila, pagnalaman nila paalis kna dka na nila ihired... base lng po sa experience ko

Well, dadating na un visa natin malapit na un. My reason lng c God bkit wala pa, more patience pa tau. God Bless us.
