uhhmm .. nung nag submit ako application nung january .. mga january 27 natanggap ko yung letter na nag sasabing approve ako to sponsor at ipapasa nila sa manila yung documents .. after nun total silence till july 4 .. when they requested the passport .. andun naka sulat na feb 5 dumating sa cem yung documents .. so it took about 7 months bago na simulan ang processing .. then july 9 dumating sa cem ang passport ng wife ko .. sept 9 which is yesterday binalik passport nya .. 61 days ??

ang tagal pa pla ng hihintayin ko bago dumating ang mahiwagang sulat... thanks marcjd.

I just got married last August 9. Sabi po sa munisipyo, it will take 3-6 months bago maging available ang marriage certificate namin sa NSO eh. Kelangan po ba tlaga na galing yun sa NSO? Pede po kaya na Marriage Certificate from the Civil Registrar's Office then i-certify at i-stamp ng Head ng Registration's Office? Tapos maglagay na lang ako ng written application kung bakit wala pa yung MC nmin from NSO. Antagal kasi ng 6 months

hingi ka ng transmittal letter sa civil registrar. nandun nakalagay yung mga batches ng marriage certificates na finorward nila sa NSO. If your number is included in that batch, and alam ko pwede mo dalhin ng personal yung transmittal letter sa NSO para mapabilis yung pagprocess nila ng Marriage Certificate mo

ako din po nag pa annul sa una ko asawa.pero ndi po ganun katagal ang process 6months lang po ung process ng sakin at isa hearing na attend lng po ako.una araw po kausap ko atty ko,second day sched nya ako sa phsychology,3rd day hearing.after 4 months binalitaan po ako ng atty ko thru pone call na my decision na daw ang court.after another 2months finality result na po.pinalipas ko po ang 1month bago ako kumuha ng NSO ko which is absolutely null and void na po ang kasal ko.mejo malaking pera lang po ang nagastos ko sa atty ko pero sulit naman po kc 100% sure ang case at mabilis.ngaun po send na din kami ng application spousal canada ng asawa ko.

@ anong year po b kau nagfile ng annulment?ung sakin po nagfile ako yr 2011,until now still processing pa po.last hearing ko nxt month..100k po ang binayad ko sa lawyer ko,how bout u,magkanu binayad nyo?pag may hearing kc ako every 2months kya an tagal.minsan na ca cancel pa kya reset ng another 2mons..haaayy hopefully matapos narin po ung sakin,pra nxt problem na nanaman ang isosolve ko

tagal ang bilis naman sau.san atty mo share muna man sakin at magkanu binayad mo?

Is this driver's abstract the same with LTO certificate? And does it really need to be red ribbon in DFA? Or canada will honor this plain LTO certificate without further authentication from DFA? Thanks..
