Hi! Thank you sa advice. Ang bilis. Nakakatuwa naman

.
Civil wedding po kami sa San Pablo City, Laguna. Ganun din ba yung ginawa mo na kumuha ka ng transmittal sa LCR then you went directly to NSO Main Office kaya within 2 months lang, makukuha mo na yung NSO-MC mo? Is SECPA same with transmittal doc?
Yes, that's what i did. Ask your LCR for the transmittal or endorsement and surely they will advise you to go to nearest NSO office in your town and then bring copy of your LCR-MC.
I even try to request an MC via online but when i read their post i didn't push through because upon calling the NSO hotline they told me it will be a waste of money because they have new policies.
"No, processing of your request will take an additional ten to fifteen (10–15) working days after receipt of payment, and you would most likely be issued a certification (negative) instead of the birth certificate you are requesting.
Please understand that it may take several months after the date of birth/marriage/death before the birth/marriage/death certificate is received, verified and converted into digital format by the NSO. Therefore kindly allow:
• at least two (2) to four (4) months after the date of birth/marriage/death, if the birth/marriage/death occurred within Metro Manila
• at least six (6) months after the date of birth/marriage/death, if the birth/marriage/death occurred outside Metro Manila
before filing your request for a copy of the document."
