Another question po. Since, we already got married and sa PR ng husband ko ay Single pa sya, kelangan na ba nya agad iupdate ang status nya to Married or no need na kasi magpprocess naman sya ng Application for Sponsorship at sasabihin nya dun na wife na nya ako?

Yup, kailangan nia muna mag change status bago sya makapagsponsor..

Actually yun din ang sabi sakin, 3-6 mos daw bago ko makuha, pero sabi sakin ng wedding coordinator ko na 1 month lang daw pwede na kaya kahit hindi ako sure, tinry ko irequest thru online 1 month after ng kasal namin, 300+ un bayad, although hindi ako sigurado that time na may maisesend sakin kase naka indicate din mismo sa website na hindi refundable un binayad kung wala pang record sa NSO.. Makulit lang talaga ako pero buti nalang worth it naman un kakulitan ko, haha

At dahil sa makulit din naman ako, magrerequest na rin ako online. Haha. Thank you po.

Ang pinag uusapan kung paano malinis yung record nya sa Canada kasi hinihingan daw ng papeles ang asawa nya nung nag process ng Citizenship kasi nga naka record na kasal sya. Ang sabi ko, e divorce muna nya while processing yung annulment sa Pinas. Tamang tama kung ma divorce sila, so wala ng problema yung asawa na maka process ng Citizenship. Tapos kung ma annul na yung first marriage, pakasal sila ulit. Yun ang point ko.

If you are to divorce a person in Canada, still you would need to present documents (na galing Pinas). Unfortunately, "fake" nga ang documents nila. Wala nga silang maipresent. Matagal na ngang hinihingan ng documents and husband niya, wala silang maibigay. Saka how can you divorce your "wife" who is technically not your "wife"?

Ask ku lang kc 1 month na ung passport ku since sent ku sa CEM
January pa expiration ng medical ko? It is possible na abutin ku pa ang january bago mag ka visa??
Tagal naman kc! :-X

matagal pa naman expiry mu..darating din yan..swerte lang yung iba na madali lang nilang nakuha yung PP with visa..mine was 5weeks :]

Please be advised that your daughter's application has been finalized. The package will be sent to the applicant's mailing address within the coming 1-2 weeks. You may contact the DHL hotline at 632 8798888 if package is not received within the said period.

Im not sure kng pwede yun, pero tingin ko hindi naman siguro aabutin ng 6mos, kasi yung samin po Jun. 1, 2012 kami kinasal pero July 21, nakuha ko na ung sa NSO..

6 months po tlga un kapag d nyo pina electronic endorsement. yun din ang ngyari s pinsan ko 6 months bgo nila nkuha ung MC nila. pero kapg electronic endorsement it will just take 4-5 weeks lng.. Un ang gnwa ko kaya nkuha ko lng ng 4 weeks ung MC nmin s NSO.
