Hi guys. I just wanna ask.How did you fill up the appendix A? Does it need to include family members even though they're not accompanying yoh to Canada? And how did you send your PPR? Is it via courier or dropbox? Thank you.

thanks po. Nagpnta c misis sa MP office on 29 aug my pinil apan daw po xa dun, pero nakita ko tung visa ko aug 28 tinatakan. Un lng po... Dont wori guyz sunod na kau nyan. Godbless all

hello everyone..kindly help nmn po kung surname n ba ng asawa ko ilalagay ko sa forms or yung single name ko po?kasi hindi ko pa na change status yung passport ko.then yung mga info ko dito sa canada like SIN card and medicare hindi ko pa na change status because im waiting for the release of my NSO in the phil.but if i receive my nso here already i will apply immediately in service canada.im filling up the papers right now.so im confused if i will my husband name or my single name.thanks GODBLESS US

hi, i asked the same question but I am the applicant. they say you should follow what's on your passport. I don't know if the same applies in your case, since you are the sponsor.

hi cathy1984. same case tau. im the sponsor, applicant c hubby. ang ginawa ko, yun surname (single name) kopa din yun nilagay ko sa appli forms para consistent yun name na issubmit mong photocopy ng pr card mo, cert of employment, itr etc. next tym na naten palitan yun surname nten pg nandto na c hubby para cla na magaackaso ng change status for us! hehehe. godbless

Is there a way for me or my husband to contact the Visa Office in Manila? Through email/phone?? He lives 6 hours away from the embassy so I doubt he will be able to go to their office. Please let me know.
