You are right tagum! Ecas is such a waste! I wonder how many dollars were put into making such useless crap!?!?

Congrats ...oct 2012 din pinas ng lawyer namin ang application ko hopefully I'll get mine this week too.. By the way do they send email first to inform that your visa is approved before they send back the passport with the visa?
