kapag natransfer ang file sa embassy dun pa lang po ba manonotify ang applicant about the process.before the transfer all notifications will be addressed to the sponsor , tama po ba? thanks much.

The day they finalize and decide if sponsor is approved is the day they will send the sponsor an email/ mail that application is to be forwarded to the designated embassy ..it usually takes a week or two for a mail but the same day for the email.. Then once it arrives to the embassy "if you are with manila " they wont tell you they received it till they ask for your passport.. With the passport request letter you'd see there when they did received your application that was sent by cic

I just want to clarify, medical results are being sent to the embassy not to CIC missisauga?thanks much.

Before medical was sent together with the application package .. Im not sure now but i think its still the same .. But if you didnt include it they will ask for it on a later date but might cause you some delays

My husband will be the one to purchase my ticket online using his credit card.according to PAL regulation,i must present my husband's ID during check in,bt he's in canada and what i have is only our marriage crt.will i have a problem at airports?

I dont remember them checking those id for the ones who purchase tickets since no one would just give a valid id for someone going away.. But to be sure i think it would be ok just to have a scanned id emailed to you and print it..

It depends .. If you had a letter from the embassy requesting for medical .. They will send it to the embassy .. But if you didnt have they will give you a claim number that you submit with your application then when they need your medical they can just pull it out from the health facility .. Im not sure how medical that are to follow without letter from the embassy works thou

hi katie01. Nag-email ako sa CEM 4 weeks ago kaso wala pa ring reply. A week after that, i asked my husband to email cem too, and same thing, no reply. I went to my mp last monday, tuesday sa pinas, and my mp called me back few days after i went to their office, and according to cem, nasa finalization stage na paper ng dependants ko, and all i have to do is wait. Hindi sila nag-state kung ilang weeks or days before they sent back my dependants passport. I am under the live-in caregiver program. I got my pr status 2 months ago, and my family have their ppr july 1

They will not send it in.. They will wait till the one processing your papers claims it .. Thats why you send the piece of paper proof that you had medical done .. That comes with a claim number ..

Are you sure of that. oh pity me. thanks much. actually we already sent our application for spousal sponsorship however without proof of upfront medical examination last July and as per tracking number it was received on the 29th, We thought medical examination will be necessary after the submission of our application. Sadly, i read that the same is mandatory and must be incorporated to the whole application. I have now here with me my proof of upfront medical but i do not know how to send this to them. thanks for the info.

wow congrats mrmrs2012! buti papo kayo PPR na.. kame waiting parin..december applicant kame and march 25 SA pero wala pa rin balita from CEM... and this is frustrating kase eexpire na medical ko sa Sept.7 ;(..

i still have one concern,as required i included a police clearance to my application in addition to the NBI clearance. i believe the police clearance has already expired,dont you think it has bearing on our application, so much so that i need to get another police clearance.thanks a million.
