Kagaya din nang dati binibilisan nila ang pagrelease nang visa kapag malapit na ang expiration nang meds. Tatawagan or magemail sila sa inyo na magdala nang booking certificate at passport dun mismo sa office nila at marelease yung visa in one day due to medical expiration.

Oh may ganun pala.. Was kinda thinkin na maayos sila dun d rin pala.. Hay ako 1 week down 7 to go .. Pag d lumabas in 7 weeks panic na hahaha

I want to share my time line until now still waiting if approve or not.

In my case, I sponsored my 2 kids 16 and 19 y/o at the time. They received their application for permanent residence on February 2012. Decision made on May 2012 about the application. Completed all the requirements even the medical. Passport request on July 2012 and sent the passport August 2012 until Last week of JANUARY 2013 I DIDN'T hear anything what is the status. so, I made an Inquiry 4th week of January 2013. I check my eCAS and found,

We started processing application on February 21, 2013.

2nd week of March 2013 I received an email regarding additional requirements (update family information) to get another NBI and to do the MEDICAL again and done on the 25 March 2013 and the guard on duty received the additional requirements on the same day.

So far, my children are waiting. I even sacrifice not to enroll my youngest for the trimester (summer) because I assume they will receive their passport last april. THEY TOOK THEIR PASSPORT 08 AUGUST 2012. about to 9 months hold the passport.

finally got the visas for my kids.
Take note of this: DM when i checked on July 1 on eCAS but in the passport it was on 25 June. I wait until after 12 July 2013 no passport/visas yet then i emailed CEM,and replied me on monday 15 July (Phil Time) that they sent on 02 July thru WWWExpress in Isabela and they gave me the TRACKING NUMBER. The PASSPORT/VISAS had been sitting in WWWEXPRESS SANTIAGO CITY, ISABELA SINCE 03 JULY (1 HOUR DRIVE TO MY CHILDREN). SO I CALLED (FROM CANADA) THE HEAD OFFICE IN MANILA. ACCORDING TO THE WOMAN I SPOKE, THAT'S THEIR AGREEMENT. NO QUESTION ABOUT THAT. BUT WHY THEY DON'T BOTHER TO CALL YOU OR LET US KNOW THAT THE PASSPORT/VISAS ARE IN THEIR POSSESSION. email addresses, phone numbers are all in the application i'm pretty sure the embassy gave that info.
anyways, be aware just incase you are already DM in your application in permanent residence in eCAS. they used the courier in returning all the docs. after 3 days not yet arrive email the CEM right away.

dont worry bro.Sa tingin ko nakadepende parin sila sa medical expiration until now. Did you see the spreedsheet? Dun sa october batch marami ang medical expiration na september at some of them lumabas yung visa nila nung june kasi they will release the visa 3 to 2 months before maexpire yung medical mo at depende din yan kung complete application ka and easy lang yung case ninyo. Sa tingin ko dito sa case natin since October maexpire yung medical natin meron makakatanggap nang visa this month of july then continue to August . Meron din dun sa october batch na wala pang visa dahil yung medical nila ay october pa maexpire at si visa officer nagfocus muna dun sa september meds expiration pero Sa tingin ko magstart na sila next week dun sa october meds expiration magbigay nang visa.

Congrats bro! Meron din case na ganyan bro. nagdm na ang ecas nila tapos wala pa din sila nareceive na passport then after 2 weeks na dm nagemail sila sa cem asking sa visa nila at sabi nang cem they already sent it through courier at yun nan dun lang pala sa dhl yung passport nila.nadelay dahil yung dhl hindi nila makita ang address sa applicant kaya they just put it away sa office nang dhl.

If you're the sponsored person, yes you are the principal applicant. Just fill out everything in Appendix A, if it doesn't apply to you, just put N/A. I believe there is a box to tick there if you intend to leave the space blank (eg if you don't have kids or siblings).

Visa validity: June 28, 2014 - maybe its because my son still in 2nd year college but he stop this semester because of this waiting game.

ako nga sept 22 expiration ng medical ko eh. kinabahan tuloy ako baka hindi umabot, hindi kopa naman nailagay ung filenumber ko sa appendix A. pero kasma naman ung mismong request ng letter dun sa pinadala ko.. andun nmn ung file number at uci ko..
marcjd, ok lang un blank ung sponsor mo. yan dn kc problem ko dati. kaya tinanong ko sa consultant ko. leave it blank lng daw talaga,
applicant lng ang ilalagay and dependent mo if sakali meron..

it's up to you, but my consultant said to me, to leave it blank.
