Yes sis, required na may passport si baby... Congrats!!!! ;D Sorry, that's all I can answer to your questions... That would be my problem too if I have a baby here, need to submit lots of paper, like the doctor's certificate, the baby birth certificate, x-ray ba yun nung pregnant pa lang, etc....

I got the chance to pm such smart forumers here what to and a huge thanks for them,, still need some help here.. more than 2 weeks n po na receive ng husband ko ung AOR nmin until now ala p din ung SA nmin..ano po ggawin nmin,, ptulong nmn po,,, worried n kase ako now eh..halos ung nkasbayn ko meron n sila SA kmi lng ala pa,, Now cic is working on application rcvd on 10th of july, ung amin june 07 p nrcv..ptulong nmn po sa mga experts jan,,,,d n po ako mkatulog eh.. slmat po s tutulong at may GOD continue to bless us all

Hello sister!!! hehhehee!!! So far, we haven't submit yet the application but were done na, yung paying na lang sa bank for application fee at isama receipt sa pagpasa... I guess August applicant kami and by that time SA na kayo... :-*

if you haven't sent in your application,,,,,,with your meds done in feb for sure you will need remed,,,,,,,,and with the long waiting period now I don't know if it would be worth getting them done again b4 you apply,,,,,,,,,doing remed adds about 1 month onto visa process,,,,,and since you have a child yours will not be straight forward and will take longer than the avg,,,,,,just my 2 cents worth

May idea po ba kau kung bakit hindi nauupdate un timeline sa ecas.. Narecv ko na po un PPR ko last july 3, 2013 at naisend ko po thru LBC un passport ko ng july 8 at narecv nila ng july 9, pero hanggang ngaun di pa nagbabago status pag nichcheck ko sa ecas..

Mejo nag aalala ko,, or siguro naiinip lang ako haha.. Sana may magreply.. Salamat po!

these are not processing centers,,,,,just another pair of hands your visa will go through and for you to pay money

you can expect the new timeline for spousal visas soon, I expect it will be 15 months when they post it,,,,,,anyone applying now should make the medical the last thing they do b4 sending application

hi everyone!

i just gave birth last month. we are going to add our baby as an additional dependent. CIC sent an email to my husband that we are going to comply these:

1. Processing fees in the amount of $150.00 that are paid in a form as outlined on the CIC webiste.
2. An original and newly completed and signed " Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking", (IMM1344) form which lists this individual as the principal applicant on Page?.
3. An amended " Generic Form for Canada", (IMMM008) which lists this individual as a dependent of ****
4. For dependents who are 18 yrs of age and older they must provide an original,signed and completed (IMM5669) form and (IMM5406) form.

My question is that do I need to fill up again the IMM008 form with add dependent? and about the IMM1344 form should my husband need make a new one with the name of our daughter and since shes a baby, is it ok that I'll be the one to sign it? please help.. thank you.

I imagine your husband is a PR,,,if he is a Canadian citizen you don't need this

I know that they will request me to do remed but atleast they had the application. Originally, our application supposed to be submitted last March but there some delays... I waited too for my new Taiwan Police certificate. We don't have a child ... Thanks for your concern. ;D

matagal po talaga, ung iba nga po may pa nag submit passport wala parin update e-cas. july 3 po ako na submit ng passport ko. up to now application recieve parin
