About dun sa personal history for the last 10 years sicne 18y/o, to be sure I included sa application yung english translation ng diploma, yung copy ng transcript, certificate of employment and my ITR as well. I just thought na it will be easier for them to do background checks because may naka attach na proofs. Although di naman sinabi sa country specific instructions na need ahehe.

Ok lang naman siguro yung may onting gaps sa personal history. As long as naka specify doon yung mga duration ng activities mo, keri na yun.

Yung history is since 18 y/o or 10yrs ago whichever comes first. Hindi na kelangan ng proofs. Don't leave any gaps sa dates para hindi na ulit sila magrequest. You can just put "unemployed", di na kelangan explain

*may tanong po sana ulit ako in regard ulit sa personal history, paano po pag unemployed sa activity ano ang ilalagay ko na sagot sa last column na ito (name of company,employer,school,facility, as applicable)? yun panahon unemployed ako nasa bahay lang naman po ako stay.

hello po!! nag padala n po yung manila embassy ng PPR at ang at appendix a..tanong ko po sino po fill up ng appendix A? kailangan ko po b pumirma don? ako po yung tg canada thanks..

nangyare n rin sa akin yan biglang nag DM after 3 months of the proccess...then 2 months later nag padala n nang PPR yung manila embassy. malapit n rin yan tanong ko lang ako b yung Principal Aplicant? nalilito kase misis ko at ako kung sino fill up ng Appendex A eh..thanks

if kayo po ang citizen/PR, ikaw yung sponsor..spouse niyo po ang principal applicant, and sya ang mag fifill-up ng appendix A

I think I put n/a on mine. May 5mos din kase ako na unemployed.

Kung sino po yong iniisponsor nyo sya po yong magfill up ng appendix A. Halimbawa po sa akin yong asawa ko po sa Canada sya yong sponsor, ako po yong Principal applicant ako po nag fill up ng appendix A. Kung kayo po ang sponsor wala na po kayong pipirmahan dun.

Hi guys. ok na po. nakapag set na ako ng appointment. sa friday na ako. ayoko din kasi ma-hassle. anyways, san ko pala i-da-download yung sinasabi ilang form galing sa website ng cic?

here's what I need to bring:

- Passport
- Government Issued ID
- 5pcs passport size white background
- Papers from CIC

Tell them you're doing upfront medical exam kasi magssubmit ka pa lang ng application. They won't ask you for the Appendix C - yung sa medical na form kasi e-medical naman na yung ibibigay sau (that is kung sa IOM ka papamedical , may barcode pa ung e-medical nila), yun yung isasama mo po together with your application.

I can send you the Appendix C-Medical Instructions thru email.

I got the chance to pm such smart forumers here what to and a huge thanks for them,, still need some help here.. more than 2 weeks n po na receive ng husband ko ung AOR nmin until now ala p din ung SA nmin..ano po ggawin nmin,, ptulong nmn po,,, worried n kase ako now eh..halos ung nkasbayn ko meron n sila SA kmi lng ala pa,, Now cic is working on application rcvd on 10th of july, ung amin june 07 p nrcv..ptulong nmn po sa mga experts jan,,,,d n po ako mkatulog eh.. slmat po s tutulong at may GOD continue to bless us all
