May validate and barcodes kasi ung bagong form and yun po ang ginamit ko. I think it doesn't matter naman if old or new form yung nagamit nyo. As long as you send your applications to the right address.

Kayo po ba yung sponsored spouse? Saan po kayo nakatira ngayon? ^__^ If asa Pinas ka , Outland po dapat and sa CPC-M po yun.

I am sponsoring my husband., he has already a passport request and re medical., since it's been 3 month's from the PPR! The embassy emailed my husband for the examination of his son! But the thing is he doesnt have any form of communication to his son since the relationship to his ex -wife been ended., we have submitted a Affidavit of explanation about it., and we emailed the embassy also about it.,
any suggestion? What is the best thing to do., because we declared that he has a son but he will not be going in the canada or even in the future for we dont know where the child is. Thank you in advance!
