Cool! You should email Manila to make sure they have your correct email address because if your husband didn't get the email maybe they got it wrong! They will need the email address for your PPR.

Is he legally separated? kc ang sa pagkakaalam ko if they are legally separated , he can already file an annulment.

Police clearance is required. Its one of their security/background checks if you have criminal records or not. I dont know whats in the checklist now but as far as I know its in the checklist when I passed my application last october 2012. Actually I have it right now, its one of the documents cem returned to me together w/ visa and copr. Cheers!

Hi raffy! Once your son is treated for 6 mos w/ necessary meds w/ regards to his primary complex and the lungs specialist give reports that his clear, I dont see any reasons it will affect his applications! Cheers!

Agree. Required po. Lahat ng clearances na applicable dapat daw isubmit. In fact sa country specific checklist ng requirements ng immigrant ang nakalagay ay police clearance, not NBI.

June 13 ako nagpa sked kasi wala pa akong passport e. Sa friday ko pa po makukuha.ng skip din po. ako ng 1st week ng june kc dpt pag magpapamedical wala kang period kc may urinalysis.
Di pa ako nagsusubmit e mukhang last week ng June na kami makakapg apply ni husband. Kadi nagrequest na ako ng nbi clearance s rob ermita͵mabilis sana kaso sa june 20 ko pa daw makukuha dahil marami daw ako kapangalan. Hay

Okay that's settled then. Were just clarifying things so that other members who happen to read this thread will not be misinformed and submit wrong documents and cic/cem got reasons to delay their applications. As it is we know their slow at processing some applications.

Oo nga po, sana magkasabay tayo sa medical hehe. Para masaya at more kwentuhan pa.June 13 po ako naka sked, 7:30 am.

About po sa joint accounts, pwede naman po siya iinclude sabi sa form/ checklist kasi additional supporting documents sya for you and your spouse.Wala naman pong required amount ng cash in bank. As long as naka reflect sa bank certificate yung name nyo pong 2 ni husband, okay na un.
Ako what i did po, nilipat ko muna lahat ung funds ko sa isang account ko to our joint account tapos withraw/ deposit ko uli pagkakuha ng bank cert. Hehehe.

they call it police clearance/certificate, but if you're a Philippine resident, you get the NBI clearance [purpose: Canada Visa]
