probably cem will refuse you,kami nga sis kasal na tapos nag apply kami ni refuse nga nila kahit completo lahat ng mga papers ko.

Yun din po ang lam ko e. Police and NBI clearance sabi sa CFO office.

Kasi ung iba nga na dating employed abroad at nag-apply for sponsorship, ng request pa daw CEM s kanila ng police clerances from the country kng san sila previously employed. Kaya medyo nagkaroon ng onting delays ung pg issue nung visa nila.

Sabi po yun nung 2 naksabay ko s CFO seminar with the same case about submitting police clearance.

I think CEM would refuse, like they refuse married couples, "A risk to not leave" But maybe if he has a secure job and 2 to 300,000pesos in the bank.,,,,,,,you can apply as a CONJUGAL PARTNER if you have a reason why you are not married ex(you cant afford a trip back to phils) maybe try COMMONLAW,,,,since your intentions are to have him stay here and marry you,,,,,,hope you hAVE the proof of the relationship, birth certificate of baby in both your name, pictures together , communications,,,,plane flights you visiting 9 months prior to giving birth etc. YOUR BEST PROOF IS YOU HAVE A CHILD TOGETHER,,,,,,,they could ask for DNA tests

the prob is i was sponsored as independent.,i cant sponsor him as common-law or it will affect my PR status..

Yes. Alam ko po talaga di nawawala ang police clearance sa checklist. Required yan kasi local security check ng cic/cem yan.

aku yong nagapply for tourist visa sis asawa ko ang canadian,denied aku because sabi nila d nadaw aku babalik ng pinas pagkaexpire ng tourist visa ko so yon,mostly yan yong reason nila,nagtry lang kasi aku noon,mas mabuting dretso nalang sa spousal sponsorship yong sainyu,magpakasal nalang muna kayo.
