good day,sino nakapagmedical napo dito na taga cebu?lahat ba e check nila katulod ng ngipin,kuko,ta-inga at iba pa po?kasi sa USA na applicant pagnagmedical sila pahuhubarin,hehehe

Weee ang init! opo PA (physical assessment) from head to feet at yes tutuwad ka hahaha but dont worry lady physician naman pag babae ang applicant! Cheers!

Edit: sorry di na pala tuwad now old procedure na pala yun.. Nakahiga na pala ngayon, naka lateral and itataas mo yung half ng butt mo hehe

Oo nakakalerki lol d naman actually madali lang naman. Hindi ko lang alam kung ilang oras dyan sa cebu pero pag dito sa manila w/in 2 hrs tapos ka na. Sa sponsor mo po ipapadala yung copy ng medical letter.

Yeah. Come to think of it. The new processing for application in Manila is 14 months but then our medical is only valid for a year and sadly medical extension is not commonly or rarely done by vo's in Manila. So now everyone is required to have re-med? Lol so funny!

ah ok so yong medical letter within that day lang pala makukuha at yon yong e lalagay sa application?yong sponsor ko magkasama kami dito sa pinas kaya diretso yong application namin sa in_laws ko kasi sila magbabayad ng fees tapos insert lang nila ang receipt sa application namin then forward nila sa cpc.

Inasikaso ko pa po kasi pgpa red ribbon ng docs ko sa University sa Bicol...

We'll see an EENT pa po for the eye check up ng youngest ko...Hopefully makasabay namin kayo sa medical...

Hello po uli. I just called IOM today and had my medical scheduled on June 13 Thursday at 7:30 am po. Ok pa ang mga schedule for the 1st and 2nd week of June. For next week, available ang May 28, 7:30am na slot. Mabait kausap pati yung nasa phone na kukuha ng personal infos for the appointment.

Ito yung mga pinapadala po nilang docs:

1. Original passport
2. 2 valid government IDs
3. 4 pcs ID pics (canadian passpoprt size)
4. Copy of Previous medical records, if any
5. Appendix C- Medical Request (for those na mag-aaply pa lang for sponsorship);
Letter from CEM requesting for a medical examination (for those na nakapag apply na and na forward na sa CEM ung app)

Siguro po, magdala na rin tayo ng xerox ng passport and ng valid IDs para di na hassle kung sakaling manghingi sila ng photocopies hehehe

Hello po ask ko lang po if ok lang ba of magpamedical na ako at isabay nalang ung result pag pnadala ko s sponsor ko yung applications? actually hindi p po ako nag fifill-up ng forms dahil pinadala palang po ng husband ko from canada yung forms na kailangan ko.if meron po kayo advises and tips for filling up the forms super appreciate ko po. Hello po!

It says in the requirements na mgsubmit po ng medical kasama with the complete application package. You can try either at St. Lukes or IOM . Just bring po the Appendix C and other required docs such as the original passport, 4 pcs id pics (canadian passport size),
2 valid gov't ids, medical records if any.

Much better po na basahin muna yung guide to sponsorship and immigration before you fill up the application forms .Kasi mas na explain doon kaung panu mosasagutin ung mga questions.

ME!! I HAD MY MEDICAL EXAM SA CEBU DOC LAST APRIL AND WLA NAMANG TUWAD TUWAD NA NANGYARI EH............ JUST URINE,BLOOD,HIV AT PHYSICAL EXAM LANG NAMAN....DEPENDE YUN IF MAUNA KANG DUMATING EARLY KANG MATATAPOS AND BY APPOINTMENT XA... BTW, SPOUSE AKO AT ME KASAMA DEPENDENT CHILD..I REMEMBER WHEN I HAD MY OJT SA HOTEL I WAS REQUIRED TO HAVE A MEDICAL EXAM AT YUN YUNG TIME NA PINAHIGA AKO AT TININGNAN ANG PWET KO KUNG MAY ALMURANAS BAH LOLZ

Actually matagal tagal ko na dn po binabasa ung guides nla for preparation sa ag fill up and nkpagpractice n dn po ako kasi nagprint ako ng forms before.hehe pero as soon as dumating po ung application forms from hubby rereview ko ulit. Regarding po doon sa when ako magsubmit ng application,nextweek tuesday daw po kc darating dto un applications so sisimulan ko na po as soon as dumating. After po non sesend back ko sknya then sya n dw po magsusubmit lahat. More tips pa po pls . How about pag mag fil up n po ako kailangan po ba lagi novel ang explanation for example un circumstances nun nagkakilala kme tpos paano ndevelop un communication and relationship nmin start nun nagkakilala kme or i will just make it straight to the point and simple na mdaling intindihin?Thank you po!
