So glad you asked ;)
Last week when i went in-process I stayed up till 2am looking at the spreadsheet.. I checked all In Process as it compares to Interview or Additional Documents requested. This required a lot of creepy profile stalking of all the user names on the spreadsheet to find out exactly what was the "Additional Documents." It could mean either 1)interview 2)documents 3)medical

For everybody who had an interview - in-process always came after that date. For everybody who had additional documents requested - in-process came after that date. Any time the date in the column 'additional docs requested' was after the date of in-process, it was ONLY for re-medical.

Since they only request re-medical as a last step (even after people have their interviews) then to me, in-process means NO interview and NO additional documents. So.. it means approval!!! :P :P :P :P :P :P

Can anyone do a mythbusters on this? :-X

I'd love to believe in your theory :)
It sounds reasonable to me.
I guess when they say in-process, they're just processing the other last documents/email to send that they need to issue the visa.

Hopefully that is the case. It's a better theory to lessen the paranoia :D
