Finally after more than 5 months of processing DM na, just received my visa yesterday, God Bless po sa lahat,lots of prayer lang po at konti tiyaga lang.

timeline ko po ito
June 20,2012- application received at mississauga
August 28,2012-sponsorship approval
September 19,2012-file transferred to Manila visa office
February 28,2013-PPR and request for additional docs
April 13,2013-DM visa received delivered by DHL

Opo pero kung Personal History lang po ang need nyo gawa nalang po kayo ng format sa MS Excel gayahin nyo nlang po yung nasa form ng Schedule A na Personal History ganun din po kasi ang ginawa ko sa mga continuation ko at sa pinadala sa akin ng CEM before Personal History lang sya na format yun lang ginaya ko pero make sure na ilagay ang name sa taas (left side) file number (right side) mga ganun po meron po akong post sa kabilang thread about sa query nyo . Note: make sure ang Personal History ay NO GAPS sa mga dates at month usually yan ang reason kung bakit 2-3 times ako pinaulit ng CEM at gusto nila malaman ang MOST RECENT na nangyari sa akin . So start sa MOST RECENT 2013 pababa sa 2011 ganun ang ginawa ko at tinuro sa akin ng good friend of mine . Salamat sa kanya ....

March 5, 2013- Application Sent to CPCM
March 8, 2013- Application has been received
April 5, 2013- Application for eligibility to sponsor approved
Medical Results Received
Application sent to CEM

Waiting for Response from Cem. Good luck to all. Phew!

THE PASSPORT REQUEST I THINK IS APPROX 6 MONTHS NOW, I GOT MY PPR IN 2 DAYS BACK MARCH 22, 2012, I THINK THE FASTEST FOR VISA IS 7 MONTHS 7-10 MONTHS IS AVERAGE BUT JUST WHEN YOU THINK YOU KNOW WHATS GOING ON AT CEM IT CHANGES, EXPECT YOUR VISA SHORTLY AFTER THE NEW YEAR, HOPE YOUR MEDS WERE DONE LATE JANUARY OR FEBRUARY CHECK OUT THE SPREADSHEET Manila VO spreadsheet: http://goo.gl/hMcri
