Do I still need to have my school credentials stamped by the Supreme Court? ung ipa red ribbon daw na sinasabi? Have you done that? I don't know the process for that.
No need na po na ipastamped pa sa court or ipa Red Ribbon kasi ang gumagawa lang po nyan ay yung mga pupunta abroad as a Skilled Worker kasi required po ng Embassy na pupuntahan nyong bansa ang ipared ribbon ang mga important documents lalo na po ang PRC tulad po sa brother ko Nurse po sya sa Riyadh ang agency nya ang nag utos sa kanya para iparedribbon ang mga documents sa DFA .

Kung Spousal Petition po kayo na pupunta dito sa Canada no need na po ng mga ganun dahil di naman po hihingin ng CEM ang mga School Credentials nyo para makapasok dito sa Canada . Di ko na po pina supreme court or pinared ribbon mga School Credentials ko.

He wants our application to be checked by lawyers there.
Goodluck po sa Application nyo no need na pong ipacheck pa sa Lawyer pwede nyo naman pong ipacheck sa MP Member of the Parliament sa town niya kung saa sya dito sa Canada free po yun at walang charge . Saka po having a Lawyer or Representative ay walang guarantee po na mapapabilis ang process ng Applications nyo dahil meron o walang representative ay pantay pantay ang process first come first serve po sila at case to case basis . Kung straight forward ang Application nyo at ang relationship ay genuine at kumpleto ang mga documents , proofs, forms ayon sa Checklist mabilis lang po ang process.
