If my memory is right si besyko yata un nadenied ung sponsor nya kc di xa nadeclare as commonlaw partner.. Nilagay yata nila sa application na ngsama sila ng i lang yrs dito sa pinas before pa makuha si wife as family sponsor non.. Pero si wifey na gf pa nya dati di nya nadeclare na may kalive in xa or what ever they call it whereas sa immigration ng canada considered it as common law partner... That if kung besykobuset nga un naalala ko

Yes sis si besykobuset nga... Ang higpit pla tlga nila..tlgng hahalungkatin lhat..my nbsa din me napauwi nmn sa pinas dhil minadali yung ksal db yung marriage licensed dito sa phil 14days bgo mkuha.. So ginawa nila di cla kumuha ng marriage licensed my pinirmhan lng xa n ktunayan n nag live in n cla for five years.. My law ndin kc n kung live in n kyu for 5years pde n kyu pksal khit wlng licensed like carmina and zoren legaspi..so yun napauwi xa.. Kwawa nmn

Yup mabuti nalang marunong ung sa city hall..pag dating ni hubby frm airport diretso na kami kinasal kc 3 wks lang xa dito sa pinas pero ginawa sa city hall ung date ng kasal namin sakto 15 working days para di rw kami maquestion sa immigration...muntik ko pa nasabi don na mgsama kami ilang yrs pero ngabroad din ako ng 4 yrs kaya baka maging complicated normal gf bf relationship lang ung kwentomuna....buti nalang haiiyss

OMG they are slow this week. Not alot of PPR's!
Taking there good ole time.
Here's what I don't get. We pay a good fee for immigration service. I'm sure none of us would mind paying more if it meant they could hire enough help to give us quality and fast service. I, as a tax paying Canadian, pay a good amount of taxes to my government. As it stands right now, 12 months of processing time for a Spousal Sponsorship is just unacceptable. If they are overloaded with work (that's there excuse), then by all means hire additional help. I don't know if it's just incompetence on there part or what ?!!! The Mississuaga office approves Sponsors in 30 days! That's the level of standard and service all embassies should adhere to most especially Manila. More applications means more revenue so they can surely afford to hire additional help! I am very dissatisfied with Canadian Embassy Manila!

When you call, they can't entertain you. When you email, they don't reply. The ecas Status isn't updated until you get a PPR request. They estimate 12 months processing for a Spousal Sponsorship! No other institution or company could get away with such poor service other than Immigration! This is poor standard from a Canadian perspective as well as Filipino! It's an embarrassment to Canadians and Filipino's alike. If this was a publicly traded company, the manager would be FIRED!

Grabe namang tagal yan! Dito one day lang talaga sa mismong NSO base on my experience.

PERO PAG BIRTH,MARRIAGE,OR DEATH CERTIFICATE PO 1 DAY LANG TALAGA.... PERO MAS BETTER DYAN KASI PATI AOM 1 DAY LANG.

Hi Dex, I can totally hear you all the way. It is really hard to wait esp if it is reunification with loved ones. I sometimes get frustrated too on how slow they work at CEM. See, I just applied last month and I get too desperate to be with my husband already. I totally feel your pain here. On the brigther side, you are very very close to the finish line. Just extend your patience a bit, I'm pretty sure you'll be done soon

Good morning! Di na po. Ilalagay lang po sa appendix a yung SASAMA sayo paalis. Kung ikaw lang, it means yun passport info mo lang nakalagay.
