You know what, I'm not really sure how they give remedical correspondence. It could be either snail mail, email, or maybe phone call as well. So better be ready for any of these.
Maybe someone here could share their experience.

We were expecting that we would be receiving our visas on May the least that's why I was really surprised when I got the text message from the DHL delivery guy yesterday. To think that I wasn't supposed to be at home yesterday, a sudden change of plan the day before made me decide to delay buying my daughters ballet outfit for her summer class.

On the email I sent to St. Lukes, I mentioned that the medical report was the only thing that the embassy was waiting in order to finally release our visas, which is true.
It took the embassy 5 months since the request for Medical Extension (Aug 2012) to e-mail us our our Re-medical Request (Jan 2013) when if not for the expired medicals our visas were supposedly released July 2012 (These timelines are mentioned on the GCMS notes we ordered)

We wont be leaving that soon anyhow, we were caught off guard. We have yet to prepare alot of things. (Yes, our bad, we shouldve been prepared, but after waiting for more than a year, it could get tiring, it came to a point that we were like, okay, let's not think about it the whole thing.) Our visas will expire next year so have alot of time left

Congrats annerella,. Mabuti mabilis mo narin nareceive ang visa mo,. Diba feb 20 ka nag pa remed same tayo tenest din about sa hepa naiinis ako sa st.lukes kahit lage namin tinatawagan ang tagal nila nafoward sa embassy feb 21 ako remed then naforward nila march 18 kung dipa ako mangiyak ngiyak dipa nila ifoforward! Sabi nila call nalang ulit nang march 22 kaya nainis ako kc 1month na kung dipa nila maforward kaya daw natagalan kc sa result daw nang hepa. Pero nong araw ding yun nang tumawag ako (march 18) naiforward din nila kc tinawagan ko ulit sila kinabukasan! Eh ang VO namin mag ina sa ottawa pa! Kaya diko rin alam kung kailan naman maiforward nang CEM yung meds namin sa ottawa. Anyway napakwento nako congrats again anne have a safe trip and good luck! GOD BLESS U...

Ay naku sis, I kinda made it a point to mention our application timelines dun sa email, yes, nilagyan ko ng konting drama. chos
Actually when they called me nung Feb 26 to inform me I had to go back for the Pulmonary Evaluation because of my asthma (they asked also to bring medical certificate from my doctor and pina-enlist nila lahat ng meds that I've been taking to regulate my asthma including the dosage and duration) they mentioned already na okay naman yung result ng Hepa Screening ko.
Sana mareceive mo narin yung visas niyo sis. Exhausting talaga, sobrang stressed and drained ako the whole 2012 because of the whole process.

Yes cem send their reqeust tru email. I have a question is it possible cem will already give you your visa if they asked you to do remedical? Mine expired on feb. 13 but totally forgot about it and on march 4 they asked me for ppr and on the very next day march 5 i received yet another email asking for my remedical. And, yes, I think emedical is already implemented on manila i guess. By the way I have my first med taken on Nationwide Health System and the remed on IOM Health. Actually IOM Health Center when I asked them when theyre going to send my med result to cem my panel phyasician said just give them 7days of grace period.

And yes, cem correspond to those email we were sending to them hehe my wife emailed them regarding my medical because we totally forgot the expiration date. Here it is, they replied after 3 days:

Subject: RE: Fxxxxxxx - xxxxxxx - Permanent Residence in Canada

Dear Ma'am,

Please be informed that the medical results we received is only valid until 02 February 2013.

If your spouse has complied with new medical examination in September, kindly provide our office with the following details: date the medical exam was taken, name of the designated medical examiner/Panel Physician and date the results were forwarded to our office.

And yes, they correspond through e-mail. When LBC wasn't able to verify after a week if they had indeed delivered our 3 passports sa Embassy May of last year, I sent an e-mail to the embassy and a day after, they informed me that they received our passports.

Hi Crisracs, pwede kayong mag walk-in sa St. Lukes Medical Center Clinic; Sabihin nyo lang na Medical Examination for Canada Visa Application. After ng Medical, ibabalik sa inyo yung completed Form 1017, yun ang ipadala nyo sa CEM. Then yung results, sila na magdadala sa Canada Embassy-Manila. Document Checklist [IMM 5491] number 27 yung Medical. Hindi nyo nakita siguro yung warning sa taas ng Document Checklist [IMM 5491], may nakalagay na "If you do not enclose all the required forms and documents, your entire application will be returned to you".

Thanks E.PEREZ,yon nga nagkamali me ko kc kgaya dn sya ng application ko dati n after application ang medical which is Hindi pla kya sana maihabol nmn yong medical,pano nga pla yong imm 1017 form NASA ko kc s site ng cic n Hindi n downloadable ang form n yon at DMP n ang mgbbgay ng form,tama b ko?and ask ko dn Kung yong 2nd copy b Ibgay dn b ng DMP after ng medical within the day,thank you ha malaking tulong advice mo s akin E.PEREZ
