Hello poh ate Iay and ate JenniferO,.. share ko lang po yung sa case namin ng husband ko,. bali 2nd wife nya ako ...divorce na sya for almost 5yrs. we have 2 kids.. sponsor nya kami last Oct. 2011 and na approved naman last january 2012 and they request our passport Feb. of last year din... but then as per my husband kaya daw baka til now eh wala pa yung visa kase trhu investigation daw sya ,.nabalitaan kc nung ex wife nya yung pagpetition sa amin kaya nag call sya sa immigration at nag file sya agaist my husband ng panloloko daw ,.may nag call sa husband ko from CIC last yr of April 2012 ang sabi for investigation nga daw po sya... then nag follow up si hubby this january sa CEM kase nga nag 1yr na papers namin ,.ang sabi sa letter once na natapos na raw yung investigation ng CIC dun daw sila mag bibigay ng report regarding sa papers,.. as per din sa letter matatapos yung investigation sa hubby ko is after 1yr... ang problem po namin is di alam ng husband ko kung kailan sila ( CIC ) nag start ng investigation sa kanya at paano sila nag iinvestigate .. ayaw naman namin ulit mag ask sa CEM baka makulitan sila,..any idea po sana kung may na encounter na kayong mga ganitong querries..? thank you very much po in advance...

I think the best way para malaman niyo talaga ang nangyayari is ask your husband to speak with an MP (member of the parliament) kasi mas kaya nila ilook-up ang file ninyo. And then, kung may mga problem pa tsaka kayo kumuha ng abogado to help you with the case.

Wag ka magalala, magiging maayos din yan ang lahat, tama si Polgas basta faith lang kay God.

What batch ka maam? And ano ginagamit mo para makapag log-in is it your UCI or Application Number?

Oh my God,...I checked my ecas and it says decision made!!!! What do you think guys? You think it is visa already? I am crying now mix emotion I guess..I hope the decision is positive ...

Malapit na ma-sponsor approve si inhinyeronina!!! kase ang assessment nila ngayon is 29 days, kaka check ko lang ng processing time....

Tomorrow Monday na dito sa pinas but Sunday pa lang sa kanila, wait pako sa Tuesday, nawa naman dumating na yung application kit sa kanya.... :'( ???
