does anyone know how long does a medical REassessment take?

my medical expired last october 2012, so many things went wrong with our application (like sending our application to india). plus telling us that they sent the PPR via email, but we didn't receive anything.

i received an email from the manila RMO to do a medical reassessment last week. so yeah, how long does it take to reassess the application?

Looking at other people's timelines it has taken just under 3 months from start to finish of the re-medical and them receiving it and opening it in CEM :( I have heard they're setting up medicals to be electronic, but I don't think it's fully implemented, otherwise it would be quicker.
I'm so sorry about your application being sent to india >:(

Thank you very much po sa napakagandang advice, kaya naman po ako uuwi ng pinas e ang main concern ko e pag dumating na yung DM na ako e di ako irelease na amo ko kase i'm under contract, nagtry nga ako magresign pero he refused sabi i have to finish my contract kaya nag emergency leave na lang ako, nakakuha na rin ako police clearance dito kase nabasa ko nga yun noon pa na kelangan yung pinanggalingan mo bansa e may police clearance.thanks for your help mam Jen.

Walang anuman po, hayaan mo na yung boss mo kung ayaw ka nyang pakawalan maramot sya kasi di ka nya maiintindihan syempre kailangan mo ng sundan ang mahal mo dito sa Canada kung gusto mo na talagang umuwi then follow your instinct or your heart diba? By the way anong batch pala ang Application nyo ni hubby mo?

I read your post before about CPC-M mistakenly forwarded your Application in India for the stage 2 process right? but it should be file transferred to CEM not India. I'm sorry about that , i think you're also from 2011 Applicant from my batch correct me if I'm wrong or 2012?

About redoing the medical just bring the form to your DMP the one that CEM sends you . So that your DMP easily for them to know that you came to redo your medical, actually same process like what you've done before. After your remed the result will be forwarded to CEM maximum 10-17 days.

Also it depends on the email that you received from CEM. If CEM gave you 45 days or 60 days to redo your medical after that CEM will process your Application again, usually after those days you'll hear the good news from CEM or sometimes early .

Just curious if anyone can answer me -
When they ask to redo the medical, and there was a medical included in the original application of a dependent child but non-accompanying - will they ask to redo the child's medical as well? Even if the child is non-accompanying?
