hello guys,anyone knows how to fill up/send a personal history as per ppr request that cem required me to do so...they need my personal history since september 2011 up to present, im confused coz they dont give me a specific form to fill up or did they mean for me to write it in an essay form? Anyone please who have encounter on this docs? thanks in advance.

Hi jayvee07, the only form they sent was the appendix a. i just copied the pattern in the background declaration form, personal history section. in my ppr letter it says there Personal History (includes jobs held, periods of unemployment, periods of study and other exteded use if time, such as time spent traveling)". My title for that was Personal History since the age if 18 (includes jobs held, periods of unemployment, periods of study and other exteded use if time, such as time spent traveling)" i put in the first column (from - month-year), second column (to - month-year), third column (activity), fourth column (country), fifth column (name of company, employer, school)

If you will notice, i put there "since the age of 18" because they didnt tell me what year or date should i start. But in your case, they want you to start september 2011 to present.

thank u gaia, it really helps a lot...one more thing, did you do it handwritten? i mean all format or in computerized like you use microsoft excel or word?

kaka check ko lng sa CIC website, nag change na naman assessment of sponsor from 51 days to 21 days nah!! they are working on applications received on Janu 29, 2013 :D
 
Kakatuwa naman ang dami ng may visa puro goodnews.. Sana everyday lagi ganito para sa lahat :) congrats po sa lahat!

I done it using microsoft excel :) dig out your background / declaration form and look at no. 8 (personal history), you will see what it looks like:) by the way, here's one example --- june- 2000 / march-2004 / working - purchasing manager / philippines / san miguel corporation

I guess form yan for the PR application, then ang sagot eh kayo lang ng anak mo :) kasi yung husband mo is already a PR/citizen.
