Hi Ojenifer0, bakit ng nagrequest ng remed ko wala sinabi na new NBI?Need ko pa kaya kumuha?

Hello mdc nagrequest sila ng remed kasi expired na yung dati mo gusto lang nila malaman yung health mo after 1 year na wala ka pang visa. Naniniguro sila sa iissyuhan nila ng visa na walang sakit na nakakahawa tulad ng TV mga ganun.

Wag kana kumuha ng NBI sis kasi kung ano lang hinihingi nila yun lang ibigay mo sis. Kung gusto mo makasigurado na baka hingan ka ng new NBI ikaw bahala kung gusto mo kumuha ng new NBI pero pag hiningan ka kasi gusto nila yung bagong kuha .

Nagrequest pa sila ng NBI sa iyo sis? Akala ko kasi, Police Clearance lang ang e request nila if nagwork ka abroad. At if sa Pinas ka lang, kahit expired na ang NBI, hindi na sila magrerequest.

Oo sis yung last na hiningi sa akin Aug. 23, 2012 ay remed at new NBI pareho kasi na expired nasa Profile ko po saka siguro kasi nag aaral ako nun dyan nun bago ako umalis at nag OOJT sa Makati nakalagay kasi po yun sa Personal History ko so siguro gusto nila malaman after 1 year ano na nangyari sa akin. Kung may nagawa ba akong bad record after 1 year na paghihintay kini clear lang nila siguro.

ok so if she has no children and she is the only applicant does that make the processing time faster or can we expect her visa will take 10 months from PPR date?
Her PPR date is 4 Jan. 2013. Can anyone else add their experience? Thank you.

Well hello everyone...if you all look at the spread sheet the max time is 160 days... from SA approval.. well I,m at 105 so wait so long ,,,I do hope it all speeds up for all of us.... but looks around 160 then another 30 after that... our 1 year ann is May 7 2013... wow 4 months for our NSO waiting... then send all our org copy to the CIC with all other docs and pay $1040.00 but just hope my beautiful wife is home here in Hamilton before May 7/13..We are both in our 50,s if they move any slower I,ll be retired....We are planning a big party for here arrival but the first night ...WOW she is mine...>> good luck to all of us....see you soon ....

Yes, the NSO is super slow. I went in with a letter from the City Hall's registry proving that they already turned over the certificates but I had to wait and return to the NSO. they are slow and inefficient! But i'm glad that's over now. I just hope CIC will let us be reunited with out loved ones sooner rather than later.
