2011 applicant ako.I had my interview and been approved just need to redo my medical kc expired na.

just got home galing sa saint lukes for my remed, grabe maghapon ako don ang daming tao, at masyado silang mabusisi ngayon at very strick, so far ok nman daw ang result ko so wait na lang ng visa after masubmit nila sa embassy.thanks God at tapos na din.sana wala ng maging problema.Sana matapos na kaming 2011, at goodluck sa mga new applicants, sana mapadali din ang mga visa nyo.

Case to Case basis pa rin po kahit 11 months po ang processing di po ibig sabihin ay 11 months po hihintayin meron po ako nakita dati sa spreedsheet 2-3 months lang nagka visa na. Basta straight forward at genuine ang relationship at complete ang Application Forms at bayad ang mga fees na dapat bayaran, Complete Documents mabilis lang po.

#14 Photocopy of your marriage certificate, if you have a co-signer and he or she is your spouse.
(wala syang co-signer, pero mag provide pa rin sya ng marriage certificate namin na photocopy or not? kase diba sakin may marriage certificate akong ibibigay sa application yun yung original na MC NSO)

#19 If you must meet the minimum necessary income requirement and you and, if applicable, your co-signer:
(eh wala nga syang co-signer, so no need na yun?)

Ako kase nag aayos ng papers namin but through phone I let him check it.

good day po,, tanong lang po, at pa-advise na din po sa mga nakakaalam,,ano po ba ibig sabihin ng Medical result have been received by CIC . . almost 4 months na po kasi ung status ko pero till now wala pa rin po akong narereceived na AOR,,salamat po ng marami...

Good news means nabuksan na ng CPC-M ang file nyo at nakita na nakapagpamedical na ang Appilcant so wait pa po at makakatanggap na ng Approval na eligible ang Sponsor nyo either by email at by post.

Thank you po. nag bayad nadin po si hubby nung 1040 po. ayun lang po ba babayaran namin or meron pa po? kumpleto napo nung pinasa ko po kay hubby. thanks po.

Opo yun lang po ang babayaran... Permanent Residency at Processing Fee na po yong 1,040 kompleto na po .

This is Rony Bago lang ko sa blog na to congratulation nga pala sa mga may visa na. Below is my timelime.

Application: spouse Sponsor

docs recieved by canadian embassy: Dec.20,2011
application approved: June 12,2011 in canada
application forwarded to manila and recieved: Aug 9,2012 (already paid RPRP and med already done and recieved already)
passport submitted and other docs: Oct 5,2012
current status in ECAS:Still Application Recieved

Sobrang nakakainip talaga ,already resigned from my job kasi akala ko once passport requested eh 3 months nalang yung itatagal nun and visa na, for my case hindi ganun nangyari and still waiting for my visa up to now. Hope to hear from you guys if still this is a normal case. Thanks everyone !!!!

May I know from what category are you pls. If you are applying for Spousal Sponsorship lagpas kana sa processing time which means you really need to seek help.
