Ok lang po ba un hindi kuna nilagay ung name ng asawa ko, kc andun naman xa sa canada, at mag isa lang naman akong pupunta dun kc canadian citizen xa.

Worried po kc ako baka naman ibalik ulit sa akin ung form kc nga pangalan ko lang ang nilagay ko dun.

Or ok lang po ba mag fax ako sa kanila with explaination?

Pa help naman po,

Maraming salamat po sa inyo lahat dito.

What stage are you? I just wonder why didn't they request for the passport if they are requesting for filled-up Appendix A?
You NEED to put your spouse name, there's nothing wrong putting your husband/wife's name on it.

Nasa CEM na yung passport ko, problem ko po kc pina LBC kuna ung APPENDIX A,tapos hindi kung nilagay ung husband's name..

Sa tingin mo magka problema kaya ako dun?

i think hindi yan pwedi,,kasi spousal visa ang aaplayan muh nyan,,need muh use ang married name muh kasi need din nla ang documents nag hubby muh.....kung ayaw muh gmitin ang married name muh mag tourist ka nlang.....spouse visa need lahat nang documents muh at ni hubby as proof na married kayo..

It doesn't matter as long as na meron ka naman proof na spouse nga kayo, basta consistent lang ung document na ipapasa mo tulad ng passort name mo should be the same with your application form. My wifey still uses her maiden name, she will just change her name if her passport expires.

oo pwedi rin kahit hindi mo muna gamitin yung surname ng husband mo

sakin family name ko ng single pko pro i submitted my NSO marriage cert. and CENOMAR, lawyer said u can change it later. my passport is my family name and NBI.

Received our PASPORT w/ VISA this morning

so happy and at long last mako COMPLETE ng family namin

ganito pla yung feeling, biglang nawala yung bugnot ko dahil sa sobrang tagal ng paghihintay sa VISA na pinaka aasam ko ng ilang taon. Thankful parin ako sa mga immigration officers ng Canadian Embassy.
Natanggap na kagad namin ang aming pinakaaasam na "GIFT" this Christmas

nakuha nyo po ba sa email/ snail mail copy ng Sponsorship approval? ganyan din po Ecas namin wait pa din PPR, as of yesterday Aug 8 approval ang may PPR so malapit lapit na din po yang sayo. Antay antay lang po email na ang PPR since Oct 17.
