Mississauga, October 26, 2012 — In an ongoing effort to deter people from using marriages of convenience to cheat their way into Canada, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) introduced a new regulation that requires certain sponsored spouses live in a legitimate relationship with their sponsor for two years or they risk losing their permanent resident status.

Yun na po siguro yun , iba nga lang po ang sa case ko kasi po wala na po akong dinownload basta sinunod ko nalang po yung mga nasa letter at binigay ko nalang po yung pinadala sa akin ng CEM na ibibigay sa DMP ko po ganun po. Yung finill upan ko lang pong form yung sa DMP office po na common na finifill upan ng mga pumupunta sa DMP office yun lang po.k tnx and god bless

I am new here and thanks God theres a kind a forum like this..
I hope you can help me with our problem or give me any suggestions.

My husband is living now in Winnipeg, MB, Canada since Dec 2010 as a PR. We've been lovers since 2009. He came back to Philippines last Sept 10, 2012 and we got married last Sept 28, 2012 and back to Canada again on Oct 8, 2012. We planned to apply for Spouse Sponsorship after we get our Marriage Certificate but we found out that I am pregnant now and I think my due date is this coming June 2013.

Can we still continue to apply our application even that I am Pregnant? How can we declare to the Office that I am Pregnant? What can we do now? or do we have to wait to apply after I'm giving birth?

This is actually good, para hindi sila maging ganun kahigpit processing papers kasi knowing that the relationship is genuine wont stop with just the visa processing para hindi nila maging basehan yung time that na magkasama at magkakilala at pwede nilang malaman kung talaga kayo pa din even pagdating nyo dun. At pati mabawasan na din mga namamantala.

Hello po , pwede pa rin pa kayong mag umpisa na mag-ayos at magapsa ng Application kahit na pregnant kana po, saka malalaman po agad na buntis po kayo dahil bago nyo po isend sa sponsor nyo ang mga Document na pifill-upan at proof na hawak ng Applicant (ikaw po iyon) ay kailangan magpamedical na po agad ang Applicant (ikaw po iyon) dun palang malalaman na agad na pregnant ka po kasi full medical po iyon, Urine test, blood test, physical examination, x-ray pero di kapo ata pwede ng xray kasi preggy po ikaw. After po ng Medical may ibibigay po sa inyo na resibo at Copy 2 yung po tawag dun ipapa photocopy nyo po yun at ang Original isama nyo po iyon kasama mga Documents na isesend nyo po sa Sponsor nyo sa Canada kasama po kasi iyon sa Application package nyo ng Sponsor nyo po na isesend nya sa CPC-M.

Tuloy lang po ang pag-aayos at pagpasa nyo ng Applications pwede po Goodluck po .

Gud pm sisters. kkregister ko lng ngyon d2 s site. tanong ko lng, nareceive ng husband ko ung letter for sponsorship evaluation last sept 27, 2012. then nkalagay ifoforward na s manila office ung file ko. mga ilang months after nun bgo ka contactin ng manila office?hoping mkakuha ako ng reply.

Hi! We have the same status. married june 2011 then got pregnant. Applied for Sponsorship sep 2011 with medical cert from Ob declaring my pregnancy. My passport was requested last dec 2011. After childbirth last feb 2012, nag update kme application. Hiningi nmn agad passport ni baby, unfortunately naabutan kme ng medical expiration ko.

Worry less preggy sis. Pwede nmn email cla about the upcoming childbirth.

Hi.. Sino po ba dito ang nag bayad ng mga fees through Financial Institution? Question lang po ano po kaya mangyayari if nakalimutan fill up yun payer's info sa likod? Yesterday lang po kasi sabihin nun mister ko na he's not sure kung na fill up nya yun likod ng receipt.. Nakapag pass na po kami ng app last Oct. 23.. Ano po kaya mangyayari? I hope someone can answer my Question.. Nakakaloka talaga to si hubby.. Thanks..

tomorrow, 2 months na since CEM requested the extension of our medicals, until now, wala pa din... as ive read before, the result of the request should take about 3-4 weeks only... and what more if the request had been denied (wag naman po) another couple of months na maghihintay? hay...
