Hi to everyone..I'm back...does anyone here has an idea if will it be possible for me to apply for a spouse visitor visa while my file is under queued for review by VO? May nabasa kze ung husband ko sa isang topic na possible daw..I just wanted to confirm if this is true? If yes, paano ko siya iaapply or how can I pull out my passport?

Hi emern, eto ata ang way sa atin para kahit for 6 months lang makasama natin hubby natin. Sobrang depressed na kami ng husband ko. He was planning na umuwi this December, pero dahil nga nabasa niya ung topic na yan kaya nagka idea kami, so instead na siya ang uuwi, ako na lang ang mag visit muna sa kanya...

Please help me if possible nga ito...

Hi sis there is no harm in trying, though all I know they hardly approve a tourist visa for those who have a pending PR visa application under family class. You dont need to get your passport kasi nasa Embassy na yun di ba, all you have to do is to indicate sa application mo that you're PR in on process and that they have your passport. Actually I will try to apply this week for tourists visa without my hubby's knowledge... kasi it will save us around $7000 if kami na lang ang mag visit sa kanya than him spending another month here, grabe talaga di naman kasi pinupulot ng hubby ko ang pera dun kaya I just thought of trying this out.... though my previous TRV application na kami last year (twice) both rejected.

Hi.. Im new here po.. We are going to send our application tomorrow under Spouse Sponsorship pero meron po ako dependant.. 5yrs old.. Husband is in Quebec.. As I read po in this thread meron po na sobrang tagal na di pa sila na issue ng visa.. Ano po ba mga reason ng cause ng delay? Medyo matagal po ba pag may dependant? Ang question ko rin po is.. My daughter in her birth cert. nakalagay sa father nya is "unknown" last yr lang po sha naging legitimate child nun na aknowledge nun husband ko.. Magiging problema po kaya yun kung sakali? Ang naging situation po kasi is before maging PR si hubby si nya alam na may anak kami.. Long story po kasi.. I hope someone can answer my question worried lang po ako.. Sis! Is this possible? Can we pull out our passports from CEM? Whaaa..i want! I want! So makaliwaliw muna kung ayaw nila tayong bigyan ng Visa. Hindi lang naman sa Canada ang pwedeng puntahan!

yes working pa din ako until now pero nag file na ko ng notice of resignation kc dapat 30 days notice e plan namin alis nako asap once dumating visa.. buti nga nag DM na ako yun nga lang waiting pa din ng visa..

yes working pa rin. magfile ako after ko matanggap yong PPR. maybe a month after matanggap ko yong PPR. nakakadepressed khit may ginagawa. sumasakit ulo ko sa kakaisp why ang tagal..

Sis di mo i pull out passport if what you will apply is TRV (Tourist) sa Canada din ang destination... Kasi nga they already have our passport di ba? mag ta try lng ako kasi combined salary namin Ni hubby affected pag siya ang umuwi dito sa Pinas for a month vacation. Kung ma approve then good if not ok lng... mura lng

Magkakaron po ng delay ang process ng Application once na pinull out ang Passport kasi pwede lang ipull out ang Passport na hawak ng CEM Incase of Emergency lang papayag po.

Hi.. Nabasa ko po dito thread medyo matagal na din po yun processing time nyo.. Ano po kaya naging cause of delay ng app nyo? May dependant din po kasi ako 5yrs. old.. Paano po nagka PR yun husband nyo? May mga docs. po ba kayo na hindi nasubmit? Sana po you dont mind me asking.. Thank you po & God Bless...
