Hi guys who would you know if your application has been received here in CEM and if you we were not married here in the Philippines, do we still need to register your marriage here in the Philippines? Thanks in advance.

CEM will send you a letter mentioning the documents they still need.

Ask ko lang, ung official receipt po ba ng NSO Advisory on Marriage or Marriage Certificate, kailangan pa i-staple or isama pag ipapasa sa CEM po? Thank you.

Nope. Hindi na kelangan ng CEM yung mga ORs, just the documents.

My wife received this email just last week, but prior to this email they already asked my passport, pictures,medical report and etc. I forwarded everything they asked me to my wife and my wife sent it to them and this was their reply:

You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to a visa office abroad for further processing.

Should you need to submit additional information or make any further enquiries regarding the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s), you may contact the visa office by e-mail, fax, or in writing as follows.

what should i do? or does anyone same as my situation?

That's a great news...!!! Wait for 1-2months maximum CEM will send a URGENT letter for the Applicant's PPR via snail mail. Goodluck... (post

Hello guys/gals!... It's been a month and 5 days since we arrived here in Canada. I just want to ask those who already landed ahead of me.. How many days/weeks before you receive your PR card? and MSP card? We live here in Vancouver tried applying for BCID (ID card) but unfortunately I need to wait for the actual PR card before I can apply. Waiting sucks!..

halu. My MSP arrived 10 days after we applied. And juz recently got our PR card adter 8 months of waiting.. I wrote CIC a letter that i have not recieve our Pr yet and im glad for thier quick reply theough mail wd our PR cards on it try to contact them

hi, so ibig sabihin na passport request sya kahit di pa annulled yung previous marriage nya? as per checklist, If you or your sponsor were previously married or in a common-law relationship, provide certified copies of the following (as applicable), for each marriage or relationship: •Annulment documents (Court Petition and Court Order/Decision). ano ba ang application nila?

Ako kasi annulled ang first marriage ko, so i submitted all the necessary docs, we are waiting for the PPR, si hubby (sponsor) approved na sponsorship nya, so naka receive sya ng email na yung application namin was already forwarded to visa office (manila), yung status ko sa ECAS, application received, med results received.

ur right 8months. Landed on dec 2011 an jz recently got my Pr card. Nakalimotan ata ako ng CIC. thats y sinulatan ko cla na its been awhile since we landed wala pa ako Pr. Awa ng Dyos nag reply nmn cla enclosed with my PR card na. Praise God. Im here richmond vancouver. Ur burnaby right. Chek mo ana na ang pina-proces nlang mga PR card. Usualy 4-5 weeks lng ata yan.

You will pay a fee totaling PhP 650.00. The PhP 250.00 is paid as counseling fee at SMEF-COW while the PhP 400.00 is for registration at the CFO.

yep.. nag ppr po sia nung april pa.. at nag submit din sia ng court petition nya sa cem.. pero til now wla pa rin ang visa nya..
