Hello everyone. Share ko lang landing experience ng hubby ko:

Bago sya umalis ng Manila, nafill out na nya yung B4 forms. Wala naman syang masyado dala bukod sa personal clothes at konting pasalubong (dried foods/snacks). Nagkaron ng mandatory luggage check. May lock yung luggage nya pero hindi nya ni-lock, pero sinira yung lock ng luggage nya. Intact naman lahat ng gamit nya sa loob ng bagahe, dahil may secondary lock/band naman around sa luggage nya. Madali lang ang naging process sa immigration office. Tinanong lang sa kanya kung immigrant sya, anong purpose ng travel nya, sino ang pupuntahan. Then pinirmahan na nya yung COPR sa harap ng immigration officer. He was advised that his PR card will come in the mail in 4 weeks.

so pagkuha nya po eh nakaopen na ang luggage niya? kakatakot naman yun pano kung may nawala sa gamit or something? yung nabili ko po kasing luggage is yung may TSA lock. tapos plan ko na magdala nalang ng isang balikbayan box. so dalawa yung ichecheck in 1 luggage and 1 box. ask ko lang pano po pag box? bubuksan din po ba nila yun?

Kapag may mandatory baggage check bubuksan lahat nila even boxes. Hindi naman totally bukas luggage ni hubby. Sira lang yun lock pero dahil my parang band around his luggage, hindi naman nagkawatak-watak yun laman ng bagahe nya. Sinilip lang tlaga ng customs yung laman ng bagahe...

Hi everyone! I'm so desperate to know the answers to my questions. Have visited Canada's consulate website but still confuse! Wondering if anyone out there who could help me. Sincerely appreciated! My questions are 1) is it possible for me up apply for a work permit in Canada while here as a tourist visa?2)same employer I have worked for 6 years in Hk brought me here as a tourist can he sign up for me as my employer here in Canada? Sponsor?3) do I have to go back Hk while waiting for the processing of my work permit?4)I only have 32units in university in the Philippines is it possible for me to enter live-in caregiver program?if the same employer brought me here in Canada? Kinabahan naman ako dito.. ang dami naming dala... 2 boxes at 2 check-in luggage bukod pa sa carry-on luggage. Sana hindi masyadong mahigpit sa Vancouver International Airport.... Kinuha pa ba ng CBSA yung B4 forms na ginawa nya?

hello everyone! i received a call from the Embassy 2 weeks ago na expired na yung medical ng mga anak ko so they need to get a retake... the officer told me to wait for the request letter through the regular mail which they will send so my children can have their medical exam done. i'm just wondering and need your wisdom kung ilang weeks ba usually ma receive yung medical request letter kase until now wala pa rin 2 weeks na. Mine kase walang problem kase i just had my last medical exam last December as i was on therapy(diagnosed with TB), by the grace of God, ok na yung last medical ko. And anyone pala advise me of facilitation visa kase i have 3 children, at yung youngest ko is canadian ang father nya so hindi sya included sa sponsorship. the immigration upon the approval of his sponsorship told him na we got to apply for him a facilitation visa kase naka pending pa yung citizenship registration ng anak namin in Canada because we were required to get his DNA test done but my husband wanted his DNA test done in Canada na once we get there as our visa application is in process na. when i went to inquire at cebu consular office, hindi sila nagrerecommend ng facilitation visa kase daw walang proof na kailangan umalis kasama yung youngest son namin. ang sabi we have to make a decision whether to get his DNA test done or cancel the application in Canada and transfer it here which means could endanger the effectivity of our visa once issued this month kase we have to wait for more than a year for his citizenship to get approved and apply for his canadian passport. i'm confused on what to do, i hope you can share your wisdom to me.
