sa scarborough ako sis.. pinasa ng husband ko ung additional docs at passport nya april 20.. sana nga dumating na tlga mga visa natin.. as a sponsor mag email din ba sila s atin kung ano nangyyri s apps ng husband natin or husband n lng natin ang kontakin tlga nila or s ecas lng pwede malaman ung mga updates ng application natin..?

Hi Welthel! Baka makapagmeet pa tayo one of these days! Yung husband ko naman, April 23 nya nasubmit yung passport & additional documents nya. Sana dumating na visas nila, mas ok kung sabay pa! I think they will change status sa ecas, and send email to them. Also, marereceive na nila yung mga visas and passport nila thru dhl. I just check the ecas all the time for updates, pati email nya. Yung iba, nauuna ang pagdating ng visas keysa update sa ecas. Case to case basis din talaga kasi eh.

Just wanted to ask if it's required to translate written proof of relationship, i.e. emails, chat logs, etc., into English? We have a lot of chat and email logs and a big portion of them is not written in English. Sometimes we email/chat each other in Tag-lish form, so the officer would only be able to understand some sentences/words in them.

pwede pala kahit hindi translated in english?? kainis ang dami din sana naming chat and emails eh pero hindi na namin sinubmit kc we thought na kelangan i translate pa..

cash naman po ang gagawin nya di po ba? coz as far as i know pag may loan lang siya sa govt dun lang maaapektuhan ang sponsorship niya.

Hi, my husband and I submitted our application last April 12 and we got married in Canada. I am back in Manila for work because we thought we can bear to be apart while waiting but apparently, it's too hard. So we are thinking na pumunta na ako sa Canada (i have TRV) and wait for my PR visa there. Ito po ang mga tanong ko na sana makatulong kayo na masagot:

1. If we do that, we need to change our mailing address since I used my office address in the application. can I change that and by when? CIC hasn't started processing our application as we have not received any notification (email/ regular mail) from them. Dapat ba pagdating sa CIC Manila ko na i-change? Iniisip ko lang kasi kung paano ba na notify ang mga applicants - email or regular mail? Lalo na kapag PPR.

2. When I go to Canada with a one way ticket, ok lang ba sabihin sa immigration officer na nandun ako to stay with my husband while waiting for my PR visa or dapat visit the husband nalang? ano pa ba usually ang hinihingi nilang documents?

Hi guys, need help badly. Has anyone here had experience with canada post? sent my husband's passport to CEM via Canada Post registered Mail.. And according to the tracking, the last activity was it reached country of destination as of April 12 pa. I have already sent an email to CEM to find out if they recieved it, matagal pa ata bago makasagot. I tried tracking ulit but the details havent changed. tumawag na din ako sa canada post hotline and they just say the same thing. hope someone here can relate to me. thanks.

thanks joidiple.. i tried, unfortunately, no information ang nakalagay. nakakainis pa, closed ang hotline ng canada post ngayon so I can't talk to any of their operators re my mail, the last time I called them, ganun lang din sinabi nila.. nasa country of destination na daw. ano ba yan.

btw EMS ba ginamit mo, sa pagkakaalam ko lang sa philpost ka na kumontak kc nasa record na nila kung kelan naresib nung recipient nung padala mo, kung di mo maitrack sa site ng philpost e tawagan mo na lng, ganyan din kc nun, if you remember nagstrike ang employees ng canada post noon dalawang buwan ata yun, di ko rin matrack sa site nila ung mail ko, kaya sa philpost na naginquire.. tawagan mo na lng sila dun din sa link na naipost ko.
