@crisetphil
Don't worry, things take a little longer with Quebec applications as they handle their own immigration.
I think they are the only province that has that right.

hello guys. i need your advise here.
my boyfriend and i are getting married on july in manila. im a permanent resident and my boyfriend is an ofw in saudi arabia. after our marriage i will sponsor him.
i would like to solicit your advise here. saan mas maganda at mas mabilis iprocess ang mga papeles nya. sa manila o sa saudi arabia. kc kung mas maganda sa saudi i will let him return after our marriage pero kung mas maganda sa manila, i will let him exit saudi before our marriage and get all necessary documents that may be required from him.
i hope i get a response here. im new in this forum anyway so i hope tama ung napagtanungan ko.

Sis i dont have any idea kung saan mas mabilis.

Pero share ko lang my best friend who got married 2009,was asked for an additional requirement of a POLICE CLEARANCE from Saudi. She was'nt able to get it kasi ngexit na cia. She's in canada na.

Advise lang na if ever magexit fiancee mo kuha cia ng police clearace para if ever kailangan nkaready na. Goodluck!

Hi from what i know Manila is one of the fastest regarding processing time that only take 9 months, not sure if ur visa office is Abu Dhabi w/c takes 25 months to process spousal sponsorship. U can refer to this link so u can check. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/fc-spouses.asp

I have a friend who got married last year and her husband works in Saudi they are processing their paper in Abu Dhabi and yes it will take them 25 months and now she's so worried since she didn't check before they made a decision. They thought that it will be faster there. :(

Best Wishes :D

Based on the IMM 5443 checklist, is it ok to submit only T4, employment letter and pay stubs for sponsoring spouse with no dependents or is it mandatory to give a bank statement as well? Thank you. Your replies are greatly appreciated. I'm afraid my agent is not being very helpful.

Hi autumnal equinox
Thanks for your reply. Sa appendix A form, di nakalagay ang
middle name a portion. So name and family name ko Lang ba ang ilagay
doon sa form? Please advice. Can someone give advice too?

We complied to all na po, pero kkarecieve ni husband ung RPRF fee request FEb. 9 from CPC-M, letter dated january 23 pa.

Looking forward for your kind comments... thanks!

Hi po, I have a friend who paid the RPRF and she waited 3 months before she got a feedback. So, it is better to pay it in advance upon filing of the application. Parang it is really one of the stumbling blocks that causes delay.

hi fireflyers,

And what mode of payment ang ginamit niya? And what kind of feedback ang natanggap niya? Kasi ako last November pako nagbayad ng RPRF then till now wla pa din akong narereciv na any feedback from the CEM kasi sa kanila ako nag-issue ng Manager's Cheque. And I think it causes so much delayed since nag antay pa kame na tawagan ng Embassy to pay the RPRF coz my husband and I doesnt really know na may babayaran pa pala. Hay! Then until now ''In process'' pa din ang status namen. We're honestly both stressed-out but then we can't do anything but to wait. :(

I hope to hear from you. It would be highly appreciated.;)

Many thanks...
God bless us:)

Actually they don't really need your bank statement but if your Canadian citizen what they want is an employment letter, pay stubs if you have them and Option C paper from Canada Revenue, it's easy to get the Option C paper you just call Canada Revenue and ask them u need the Option C and it's free to get and that paper shows what u made last year

question po..

i am the sponsor. a few weeks ago when i submitted our application package i just arrived here in Calgary and was still looking for a job. so my status in the apps were unemployed and just provided an explanation on how i am supporting myself and submitted letters from parents and relatives here that they will help me out for the meantime and proof that i am sending out applications.

a few days ago i got hired and already started. shall i send a mail to CPC-M to inform them that I already have a job? i mean, i know it is not required to have a minimum income if sponsoring only a spouse but i think it may help sponsorship approval if they are assured that i am already employed. would they be able to trace my app package from the letter without a Client ID yet ?

thoughts please. thank you.

hi,
mas ok kung sa manila ang processing kc ang processing ng papers sa saudi ay sa abu dhabi which takes 25months or more. i used to work in abu dhabi but we chose manila visa office.
here are the things that you need to prepare or do:
1. have your marriage certificate endorsed para makuha nyo agad ang NSO copy within a month. pagkuha nyo ng NSO copy (at least 3 would be good kc baka hingan uli kayo alongwith PPR), kumuha na rin kayo ng AOM or advisory of marriage.
2. ang pagkuha ng AOM is the same as getting a cenomar, same form. it will just show that you are married to your spouse's name and the date the marriage took place. try to get at least 2 copies.

try to follow what's in the application package or guide in sponsoring a spouse para mabilis ang processing. as much as possible dapat complete ang documents.

regarding sa pagwork ng bf/asawa mo sa saudi, he can go back there and pauwiin mo na lang sa Pinas pag me request na ng passport nya. he can put his address in saudi but the mailing address will be the address in the philippines. this is what we did. and when i passed my passport and other documents, i put a cover letter and explain na nsa pinas na ako and put my contact number and address in the phils.

congrats on your upcoming wedding :)
