hi juncess! when i received and sent back the docs that cem were requiring me, i just sent a PHOTOCOPY of the letter. Yung original, remembrance ko na un.. question #2, you should write your married family name if and only if you used it in all the documents that you had been sent. lastly, about the courier, i chose LBC. u can track it though. they have a tracking number anyway. mine took only a day before cem received it. good luck and God bLess

Im not sure of it.. kasi sa akin nawala before address pero wala namang nag bago.
By theway, how did you receive the re-medical request? Is it via email or postal mail?

request for medicals was sent via postal mail. natagalan because it was sent to the rep handling our papers before it was sent to me by the rep. kasama na ang sectiona A medical report sa letter and yun ang ipapakita sa clinic when you go for your medicals.

I think cannot rejoice as of yet... In fact we are worried.... we are hoping to receive a re-medical request from CEM since my medical already expired last January 21... "IN process" it says in ECAS but I want to know from the others as well if this is also the status of their ECAS when they receive the re-medical request from CEM...

i received my ppr dec 16 then submitted it on dec 22.

meron na po sa inyo na DM na ang stat sa ecas pero na-expired na ang medical? kc im a bit worried, expired na ang medical ko this january pero la naman ako nareceived request for remedical. DM na stat ko last jan.24 pa but until now la pa rin ako narereceive na VISA or letter.
