Hello everyone!

Ask ko lng just in case my husband is coming here in the philippines for vacation and our application is still on process will it be ok? do we need to notify the CIC prior his vacation? anyway his vacation will only take 3 weeks not that long. I hope it won't be a hassle to our application

I dont think so na makakaaffect ang vacation ni hubby mo sa application while it is ''in process'' coz I have that same scenario too. Last October nagbakasyon din ang hubby ko here and in fact nagpunta pa nga kame sa embassy to follow up may PPR dun lang namen nalaman na pinadalhan na pla ako ng later but unfortunately hindi ko siya narecieve kaya on that day they gave us another copy of the letter.. So wala namang silang comment and theres no disadvantages at all,i think nakatulong pa nga... Nakakafrustrate na rin kasi,we're missing our spouse very much and i think they're surely understand that..

Well.. medyo complicated... Yes, CEM called my sponsor and we submitted the documents they requested. My sponsor is been here in the phils since 2006... CEM is hesitant of issuing the VISA while my sponsor is still here.. They requested documents that shows intent of my sponsor to return to CANADA on or before processing the VISA... Unfortunately, my sponsor cannot return to Canada since his Canadian passport has expired... He already submitted an application to renew the passport and expect it to arrive on February....


I just hope... mag issue sila ng RE-MEDICAL and feel satisfy with the documents we submitted concerning intention to return to Canada...
Keeping our fingers crosss.....

hello everyone...question lang po. Ano kaya ang factors bakit ang iba, they got their PPR and Visa so fast. Why yung iba, antagal?

1. Is it the Visa Officer assigned to our papers?

2. Is it the length of time you and your husband/wife been married?

3. Is it the volume of the proof submitted?

Any ideas??? thanks.

i think the medical expires after a year. i had my medical even before we've submitted the papers so we can already include it in the envelope to be submitted to Mississauga. weve been thinking it would make the application faster since we dont have to wait for the request for medical.

Hi! To be honest with you ganyan na ganyan talaga ang mga nagbago sa Ecas ko then 2weeks after I got DM then Visa 5 days later! You should be happy and start celebrating by now! Hehehe.. Im just wondering what took your application that long? Anyway, it's better late than never!! More patience and never stop praying! Best of luck and congratulations in advance.. God bless us always!! "IN process" it says in ECAS but I want to know from the others as well if this is also the status of their ECAS when they receive the re-medical request from CEM...

I think cannot rejoice as of yet... In fact we are worried.... we are hoping to receive a re-medical request from CEM since my medical already expired last January 21... "IN process" it says in ECAS but I want to know from the others as well if this is also the status of their ECAS when they receive the re-medical request from CEM...

Hi! for the longest time application received ang status ko sa ecas. since last year pa yun and i submitted passports april 2011. september 1, 2011 nagexpire ang medicals ko and received request for re-take ng medicals dec 1, 2011. we had our medicals dec 28 and per dr timbol it was transmitted to CEM jan 16. so now waiting pa din ulit and same status pa din sa ecas.

although just today nawala ang address sa ecas and based sa mga nabasa ko dito sa forum thats a good sign? can anyone confirm that?

1. yes depende sa vo na may hawak ng papers.
2 and 3 pwedeng yes or no pero ang pinaka reason sa tingin ko eh kung genuine ba ung relationship or hindi case to case basis talaga or lucky lang iba kase masipag ung vo and dapat 101% check ung application and complete docs para d din sila mahirapan.

Im not sure of it.. kasi sa akin nawala before address pero wala namang nag bago.
By theway, how did you receive the re-medical request? Is it via email or postal mail?
