Thank you all for your advise:) i really appreciate it.naliwanagan talaga ako:) I will do your advise I will do my medical asap perhaps on January first week. Yes you are right my friend was actually applying before for a skilled worker application....I have some follow-up questions lang po uli ha i hope nde kayo masyadong makukulitan sa akin hehehhe..eto talaga ang nangyayari pag nagiging paranoid na ako ;D nakaka stress pla to ;D I actually finish filling up the forms and sent it to my husband already and he received it 2 days ago he is just waiting for the form IMM 5401 for the payment fee which he ordered thru net and it will take like 2 weeks pa pla :( before he could receive it we are actually planning to send the application this december but it seems not possible. While waiting for it I just want to make sure that all the forms are correctly answered so we may correct it before sending it to CPC-M. These are my questions:

1) I have filled up the form IMM 0008 but i'm not quite sure about my answer on question no. 4 (Intended Occupation)under EDUCATION/OCCUPATION DETAIL I just put N/A, since I'm not decided yet on what occupation I may take later on.

2) For IMM 5669 (Schedule A Background Declaration) under PERSONAL HISTORY my recent activity is working so what I wrote at the FROM column was Feb. 2011 and TO column was PRESENT since Im still working now. and same thing with ADDRESSES Is this correct?

@ PELIPELI is there any difference between N/A and n/a? ;D

Thank you guys:)

Ako din paranoid, tignan mo nga N/A at n/a niresearch ko pa kung may difference haha. sabi sa wikipedia n/a daw ang not applicable eh. hehehe. sa questions mo:
1. Maybe its better na ilagay mo ung field mo now, sabi mo nagwowowrk ka now. Kahit general lang like Finance or IT, or u can just put in lahat ng iniisip mong pwede mong applyan. , baka kasi pag N/A isipin nila wala ka balak magwork dun hehehe

2. yep type in present.

May question ako, anong version ng pdf forms ung ginamit mo? Im having problems with mine now, kasi data can be saved daw, so I typed in data and saved pero di ko pa complete, nung binalikan ko para icomplete, di ko na siya maedit... did u encounter the same? Thanks

N/A means "NOT APPLICABLE", while n/a means "not applicable". Wag po kayo mastress!!!! lalo kayo magkakamali-mali. Check your accomplished forms ten times, even 20 times, and do not forget to retain a photocopy. Write your ref/file number on every loose document. You can use "post-it" glued tags sa docs na ayaw mong dumihan like original certificates, or use pencil.

If you are applying as skilled worker, it is a must to write the trade you intend to work in.

Hey i'm just sharing what I read in wikipedia about n/a. No harm or additional stress meant to other people. :D

Are you referring to additional docs requested? Coz how about those who will submit pa lang na wala pang ref/file number?

hello everyone!

i just received a letter asking for my passport and Appendix A....would like to ask how can i send it....thru drop-box ba sa canadian embassy manila or thru mail? Also, is it correct sa appendix A, na fill-upan ko yung spouse column (details of my sponsor spouse) and leave the passport details blank? Also, do i need to write my application number sa appendix A? Any reply is much appreciated, thank you so much! Good luck and God bless us all!

Hi! You may opt to send through drop box or via courier.
In filling up Appendix A, yup, write your sponsor spouse details and leave the passport details blank.
You may not write your application number at appendix A since you should be enclosing a copy
of the letter when you send the documents requested.
Also, you may write your application number and the address of the embassy
on the envelope for proper document sorting.
