Thank you guys for the info. I got confused lang kasi yong frend ko na nasa canada na ngayon advised me that I have to send the sponsorship application first then after immigration will send me letter that they received my application and will advise me to do my medical na then that's the time ill do it. Pls, enlighten mo on this coz my expiration kasi ang medical result ng 12 months lang. Kung nde ba kasama ang medical exam ko sa sponsorship papers namin will it delay the processing?
thank you guys
Hi, what type ba ang application ng friend mo who advised you, iba iba kasi yan, for me, when my family(mom, dad, brother and me) applied as skilled worker with my dad as principal applicant, we had the medical only after embassy advised us to take the medical, kasi normally ung mga ganyan na application takes years, so mageexpire talaga ang medical results pag nauna yun.
but for spouse sponsorship, it is clearly stated in IMM 3905 checklist na dapat kasama na ung proof of medical sa isusubmit na application. eto ung nakalagay:
"PROOF OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION
Include for yourself and each of your family members (accompanying and non-accompanying) Copy 2 of the Medical Report-Section A that the designated medical practitioner will sign and give to you when you undergo the medical examination."
Yes 12 months expiration yun, matuwa ka nga dahil ibig sabihin eh in 12 months may visa ka na, hehe kidding, hindi assurance un, pero kung magbasa ka ng magbasa dito sa forum ng mga naka land na, average cguro is 6 months processing kaya ok parin medical results nila. sa mga cases na lagpas na ng 12 months, iaadvise sila to take another medical. Meron pa ngang case na 2 weeks na lang mageexpre na ang medical nung na-issuehan ng visa, kaya ask siya ng VO kung mkakalipad na siya in two weeks , syempre sabi niya oo, kaya go siya agad, hehe.
