keep trying if you have any of the identification numbers required for log-in. kung wala pa, edi wala pa. The first written communication from CIC will contain a number which you can use to log-in.

It will takes a while bgo maupdate sa ecas kc sa akin 2months bgo naupdate sa ecas.so wait a bit then f u check sa canada post and it say it was delivered already then ala ng problema.

they will tell you po sa letter kung ano kelangan, sakin po hiningi ay original passport, original advisory on marriages, appendix a.

on the envelope and the address as shown in the passport request letter.
